Personally, my husband and I have been married for a little over 20 years. I am a mother of 2 beautiful teenage daughters. I am also a lover of scrapbooks, holiday traditions, photography, PSL, Pinterest and wine. Organizationally, I like to check in with all of my clients each week on Tuesdays. This helps us all stay organized and makes sure tasks do not sneak up on us. I find joy in bringing their vision to life. Making you feel comfortable and taken care of during a party is my love language.

Professionally, I am able to watch over the broad strokes of an event, while keeping the details at the forefront of the design vision. My team and I will: be the calm voice in your room, run your event with joy and kindness, and provide an environment where you are having a good time, instead of being pulled away from your guests to handle logistics.

    SantanaRain made wedding planning easier than I could have ever hoped it would be! From the first meeting until the final goodbye at the end of the wedding Nickie made the entire process effortless. Hiring her team to plan and coordinate my daughter’s wedding was the absolute best decision! Every single detail was taken care of and executed flawlessly.     Truly Magical!! In June my son married his soul mate. Nickie made sure everything was perfect! My only job was to soak up every joyous moment with our family and friends. Letting go of control is sometimes hard for us A types, but I didn’t have to miss a thing by worrying about centerpieces, sign in books or catching the perfect lighting for pictures. Nickie is the angel on your shoulder gently shepherding the night along. She is amazingly creative, funny and will love on your family like you were born best friends. Thank You, For Everything!!     Nickie and her team were absolutely fantastic! Our wedding was out of state and would have been extremely difficult to plan without the expert help of Santana Rain. All of our needs were taken care of, most before we even realized they were needs in the first place. The vendor list and relationships were extensive, the knowledge was top notch and the personalized connection was above and beyond. This is a service I would recommend to anyone on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator. The whole team made our wedding unforgettable, down to the last minute detail. We are extremely grateful.

    My wife and I worked with SantanaRain for our wedding in fall of 2021. We cant recommend them enough. When we started working with Nickie, we had not done any wedding planning to that point. She helped us through selecting dates, visiting venues, food, vendors, invitations, the whole thing. One of the best things was Nickies’ knowledge of services that we would not have been able to find on our own: bartender, event spaces, catering, portable bathrooms, etc. SantanaRain events made planning our wedding as fun and as easy as it could have possibly been. I could not recommend their services enough.
