By way of quick introduction, I am Julia - a twenty-something currently living in Indianapolis, IN. I work full-time as a digital health investor, but this (as in... Julia, As Needed) is my JOY! For years I have been proclaiming my desire to be a wedding coordinator.. so here I am! I promise you that my business degree and experience managing corporate clients, facilitating workshops, creating and tracking timelines, identifying action items, etc. have perfectly positioned me to aid you in all your wedding day needs.

My favorite description of a wedding day simply states that a wedding is "an opportunity for joy ... a chance to set aside a whole day for eating and drinking and dancing and being together." And I truly believe that for a couple, their families, and their guests, a wedding day is just that. ​I also believe many minds, a whole lot of elbow grease, and countless hours of prep enable that opportunity for joy. I believe to-do lists, contracts, budgets, and timelines must coordinate to create that beautiful day of eating and drinking and dancing and being together. That's where I can help, as needed.

    Seamless planner!

    Working with Julia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She communicated with us in a clear and straightforward way from start to finish, which made the entire planning process feel less stressful. On our wedding day, Julia was there to handle all the details so we could actually enjoy the moment and be present with our loved ones.     The best service to spend your on

    I couldn't imagine my wedding day without Julia's help. She was my rock throughout the planning process and on the big day. From talking to vendors to helping clean up afterwards, she was amazing. The best money I spent for my wedding was on Julia. I could not have made it through the day without her. My friends, guests, and family absolutely adored her. You 100% need to book Julia.

    Julia is amazing!

    I originally didn’t have a wedding coordinator for my wedding, but as we got a couple months I started getting nervous about the logistics of everything. I reached out to Julia and she immediately made all of my worries go away! She was so easy to work with and all of my vendors loved working with her! If you are even slightly considering a wedding coordinator, reach out to Julia, you won’t regret it!
