Hello there! I'm Andrea, owner of Amative Creative, and every weekend we're so blessed to be able to tell the love stories of so many amazing couples. Like many others in this industry might say, we simply adore weddings. But what makes us a little different is our entire brand is centered around telling love stories specifically curated to reflect your vision and aesthetic. "Amative" means to be prone to love, so as you can see, we want nothing more than to tell your love story! But what makes us truly unique is that we understand every love story looks different. And we personalize every aspect of how we document your wedding day!

Unlike other photo and video teams, we actually customize everything to match your individual vision of your day. Nothing is cookie cutter! We work alongside you to curate your wedding imagery to reflect your individual personality. Through our proprietary questionnaire and communication process, we are intentional with you every step of the way so that you can have a luxury experience that stands the test of time. No more wondering what your images might look like, because you have an active say in that process. From our initial call with Andrea, we knew she and her team would be an amazing asset to our big day. Words cannot begin to describe how Amative Creative exceeded our expectations! From the moment Andrea and the team arrived, it was like a long lost sister/friend/aunt/hypesuperwoman blew through the door. They were everywhere and all over, and yet not visible in the way you've seen *those* photographers & videographers at events. AND THE SNEAK PEAK ALBUM.... WOW!!!! A little over three months into our marriage and we STILL rave about how extraordinary Amative Creative captured our event, and we cannot wait to see the rest!

Andrea and team have been nothing short of phenomenal. Not only did Andrea take the time to talk through the entire process from start to finish and answer all of our questions, but she remained in constant contact before, during and after our wedding. She always answered our texts and calls, no matter what time of day or night! She and her team made us feel very comfortable during our engagement and wedding photos, and she respected our comfort level. The photos the Amative Creative team delivered are straight out of a wedding catalogue--her product matched our vision exactly. She provided 2,000 photos within six months and the wait was totally worth it. Not only did Andrea take our engagement and wedding photos, but she connected us with a photographer while we were on our honeymoon in Paris to take additional photos that Andrea then edited and delivered within two days. Working with her has felt like a dream! Andrea and team love their clients like their own family, and we would recommend Amative Creative again and again.

As a wedding photographer myself, It was a HUGE relief to know I could put all things photography related in the hands of Andrea and her team at Amative Creative! Andrea met us at one of our favorite spots for our engagement photos and we were blown away by them so could not wait for our wedding photos! On the day of the wedding, Andrea and Misty were amazing and always had our best interests in mind. From stealing us for RAINBOW photos and then the most beautiful sunset, I am so thankful for all of the beautiful art she created. We will cherish these photos forever and I'm so grateful for the Amative Creative team!

Typically, couples book us about 12-18 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability. And if your date is even a few months away, still be encouraged to reach out! Because we have a team, we are often able to accommodate dates that are closer, depending on the season and our schedule. We look forward to hearing from you!

YES!! All final images will be custom edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. Included are small modifications like blemish removal, easy object removal, etc. We do not offer body modification or "liquified" edits.

Great question! Our turnaround time varies by season, and also depends on how quickly you finalize your style preferences. You will receive a "hefty" preview gallery the week after your wedding with lots of images from the whole day in the style (or styles) we think best match your vision. Once you select and finalize your style, typically you'll receive your full gallery within 8 or so weeks.

Absolutely! Please let us know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

We do not limit the amount of photos you receive. We only remove duplicate, out of focus, or misfires from your gallery. So you can expect at least 100 images per hour of photo coverage. Keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors such as weather and timeline. Most of our full wedding clients receive galleries with 800-1600 photos.

This is one of the BEST things about our team. Because we have in-house backup options for every date, you never have to worry about us not being able to cover your event in an emergency. Our team is aways ready to shift and flex with the circumstances so you can rest assured that your day will be documented with us.

YESSS!!!! And as our couples have said to us, the fact that we also offer video is a HUGE benefit, because it means you only have to talk with one vendor, the styles and coverage will be cohesive, all the logistics are in one place, and since we all work together as a team, there's never the "conflict" that can sometimes occur between photo and video. We pride ourselves in working cohesively with other vendors regardless of their company, but when we work with our own, we're already on the same page before we arrive so it's a very seamless process for our clients.

If your wedding it outside of our local team radius, we can resource local photographers at almost any location around the world to document your session or wedding day at no additional cost to you. We do all the leg work to make sure their quality and experience match our standards, so you don't have to worry about that. Then we edit the images in whatever style you've decided upon.
