I'm a wedding, lifestyle, and portrait photographer servicing Louisville and Lexington, KY. I love love and I love capturing it more than anything. (Except for dogs. There's nothing on the planet I love more than dogs!) When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me curled up somewhere watching Parks and Recreation (again), or on a plane for a spontaneous trip. Traveling keeps my heart happy, so if you're looking for a photographer who is willing to travel for elopements, weddings, or engagements, I am your girl!

I want to be upfront and say that my photos are not always perfect. As a more documentary-style photographer, I value authenticity over superficial perfection and focus on preserving emotions so that you can relive them over and over again through my photographs. I’m first and foremost a storyteller, and I do not take my job of telling YOUR story back to you lightly!

So easy!
Bethany was such a pleasure to work with! Before the day, it was easy to talk logistics with her. She is clearly very experienced and easy going which matched me and my husbands vibe. Her actual photography style is great, quick and efficient and relaxed. She made it super natural and not awkward at all which we both really appreciated. Would definitely recommend her!

So impressed!
Bethany did such an incredible job! She is so friendly and great to work with. She sent some preview photos back a few days after our wedding and they are top notch. She is so creative in her angles and they are very high quality images. Can’t wait to get the rest back!

Bethany is a photography GOD!
We absolutely adored working with Bethany on our engagement shoot and wedding. She is so talented! When we initially met with her my wife and I communicated our different personal tastes with photography (which are not necessarily the same) and she did such a good job taking photos and editing them to match both of our styles. She was so kind, enthusiastic, professional, and knew exactly what to do to get great pictures. We felt so comfortable during our photos and she did great with special requests. She takes any requests and preferences always into account. Bethany will pretty much be our photographer for everything for the rest of our lives! I cannot communicate enough how grateful we are for her and how much we recommend her to everyone!

Easy Going and Captures the Personal Moments
Bethany was a joy to work with! She has a special ability to capture your emotions in a photo. My husband and I don't like being in front of the camera, but made it so much fun and comfortable. She manages to catch moments you miss, like your groomsmen goofing off to the side or small moments with your significant other. She will capture what you want and so much more. The pictures are stunning and we couldn't be happier!

Wonderful Experience
Bethany was fantastic to work with. My husband and I are both camera shy and she made us feel comfortable! She has great artistic vision and the photos turned out beautiful! I can not recommend her enough!
