    Worth every penny!

    Candice was AMAZING and so was her team!!! I am so incredibly grateful for her hard work, expertise, attention to detail, and kindness. From the beginning of our time together, Candice worked effortlessly with me to build a timeline, thinking of things along the way that I had no clue about! She also worked with my vendors and got things organized so I didn’t have to deal with that. She was always open to allowing me to do things my way, but was kind and considerate by offering her own opinion and expertise as someone in the industry. She followed every direction to a T and was overall just amazing! I cried immediately when I walked in to our venue because I was so happy with her work. Even when unexpected things happened, she dealt with everything with grace, professionalism, and a smile. I cannot thank Candice and her team enough for the incredible work they did to make my day run seamlessly. She was worth every single penny and more!

    The wedding of our dreams… Candice was amazing!

    Candice was so helpful in planning our wedding this past January. She went above and beyond to help execute every little detail, provided the best recommendations to stay within budget. She also executed our florals and they were exactly what I pictured for our day. She’s so talented and multifaceted, when it comes to the creativity and vision but also with the organization and structure of the day. We would not have been able to pull off our day without Candice and her expertise! We are forever grateful to her! January 27th will always be my favorite day, and much thanks to Candice for making it happen!

    BEST wedding planner ever

    Candice was a life saver for our wedding. She did our planning, coordination and florals and decor. She was prompt with all communication, thorough and detail oriented throughout the entire planning process. We got married during an unexpected tropical storm and plans changed quickly, what was meant to be an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour got moved into the ballroom for the reception. She was amazing at pivoting to make the day run seamlessly and like it was all planned indoors. My florals and decor were a dream!!! Everything I could have hoped for and more. Do yourself a favor and hire her for your special day!!

    I highly recommend Candice Ford Event Design. Candice exudes excellence at every event she is a part of and her attention to detail is exceptional. She is also lovely to work with and always has a cheerful and helpful disposition. She is well prepared and makes wedding days run smoothly. I am always overjoyed when I see that Candice is the planner for a wedding that I am working on because I know that everything will run smoothly.

Our team has executed over 200 weddings. It’s important to us that your event is not only beautiful but that your loved ones leave raving about how great your wedding was! We prioritize guest experience and bringing in personal touches that make each wedding a beautiful representation of our couples and their love stories. We specialize in full service wedding planning but are happy to help a couple at any stage of the planning process!
We only book one event per day to ensure Candice is always lead on event days. However, we do occasionally book consecutive dates during peak season. In the event of a double booked weekend, an assistant coordinator will lead your ceremony rehearsal.
Rehearsal dinner coordination is a common add on but we can assist with proposals, engagement parties, bridal showers, and send off brunches as well!
This depends on the package booked. I meet with full service planning clients monthly throughout the majority of the planning process and more frequently in the final few months of planning.
