At Avi Luxe Events, we will personally assist you throughout the entire process from theme choice, venue location, food selection, and entertainment options. We will work tirelessly on your behalf to find the most appropriate venue, caterer, rental companies, music, transportation, invitations, photographer, florist, and party favors for your unique event. Whether it is a small intimate party or an extravagant affair, we will work within your budget.

Avi Luxe Events
Alex is AMAZING! As soon as I hired Alex in the planning process, everything fell into place. She’s on top of communication with you and vendors and always addresses all concerns you have. The wedding day itself wouldn’t have looked as amazing as it did without her. She dealt with family, vendors, the venue, and little/big hiccups throughout the day and made it seamless and did it with a smile on her face. Alex made sure my now husband and I enjoyed our day and took in every second. It was a dream. I also forgot my place cards, BAD. By the time i got to the venue for pictures, Alex and her assistant had already printed out new place cards ON SITE. I was frantic and felt so bad. But she was just like “it’s okay, we got it.” With a smile on her face. She seriously takes all the stress out of the day.
Best Coordinator Ever
Booking Avi Luxe Events for day-of coordination was the best possible decision we could have made for our big day. Alexandra was a dream to work with, doing regular check-ins in the months and weeks leading up to the event, and providing insight when needed without overstepping. I know I was not the easiest client to work with, as I waited until the last minute on many important decisions, but Alex was always understanding and patient, giving grace and allowing for spur-of-the-moment switchups. On the day-of, we didn't have to worry about a thing; Alex and her team were on top of it, from facilitating vendors, to keeping us on-schedule, to quickly resolving any minor crises that occurred. PLEASE book Avi Luxe Events - worth every penny!!!
Exceptional Wedding Planning Services
It was such a pleasure getting to know and work with Alex! She truly crafted the vision for our wedding from the ground up, and she easily streamlined the logistical aspects of the day. Many guests tell us it was the best wedding they’ve been to, and it would not have been possible without Alex. I cannot recommend her enough!
Wonderful Wedding due to Avi Luxe!
We hired Avi Luxe a month prior to our wedding as we also had a venue coordinator. I wish we had hired Alexandra sooner as she helped with so much more than just the day of coordination. Our regular meetings helped us ensure that all details were planned, timeline created, decisions made, etc. Alexandra was prompt with each response, had a solution to any issues, worked well with our family/other vendors, and was the calm within a storm of wedding chaos. Overall, I would highly recommend Avi Luxe for your wedding planning/coordination!
