Oh Hello was started by Amanda and Jessica after a conversation revealed they both had experience in and a passion for wedding planning. Since "wedding" their experience, the team has grown to include an additional planner and six additional coordinators, who all receive intense training and continuing education to ensure consistency and success. While Oh Hello initially grew in Northeast Ohio, we have expanded to Amanda's home turf on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We have produced incredible weddings in both regions, as well as the low country and even Lake Como, Italy. We would love to make your wedding vision come to life!

    Best Coordinators Ever!

    We could not recommend Oh Hello enough! Kelsey and Amanda were incredible. From the very beginning they were so easy to work with and so helpful. They are so organized and have such attention to detail. Our wedding day went so smoothly which was all thanks to them. They handled every single detail behind the scene and made sure everything was going on time. Above all they were able to ease my stress on the day of and allowed me to be fully present. We could not be more grateful to have had Kelsey by our side all day. She is amazing whether it be queuing us down the aisle or even the smallest details like giving advice on cutting the wedding cake. She was so prepared and always one step ahead. Kelsey managed everything and was our go-to person for all the rest of the vendors which left us at ease all day. We are so grateful for their hard work and genuine care in making our wedding the best day ever.

    Amazing!!

    Oh Hello Event Planning was a dream to work with from start to finish. Their communication style was smooth and easy, feeling like I was talking to my best friend throughout the entire process.     Simply The Best

    I don’t even know where to begin — there are so many positives to say about Oh Hello Event Planning. We worked with Amanda for our wedding in Fort Myers, FL, and from the very start she was kind, patient, and incredibly organized. If you read nothing else in this review, just know this: they are truly the best planners in SWFL. Leading up to the event, Amanda coordinated seamlessly with every one of our vendors, created a detailed and easy-to-follow timeline, and kept us on track with all our tasks. In the weeks before the wedding, I kept saying, “Amanda’s got us.” She had every detail covered and made sure our vendors stayed accountable. On the wedding day itself, Amanda and Stephanie were nothing short of amazing. They organized our décor exactly to the vision we shared, managed the timeline to perfection, and made sure both our guests—and us as the bride and groom—were having the best day possible. They even helped pack everything up at the end of the night. From beginning to end, they put us first and did whatever it took to make our day incredible. And their support didn’t stop there. We had a few issues with a vendor after the wedding, and Amanda jumped in immediately and worked with them until everything was resolved. From start to finish, Oh Hello truly went above and beyond. Amanda and the entire Oh Hello team aren’t just exceptional planners—they’re exceptional people. They are warm, steady, and genuinely care, which is exactly what you want on a wedding day.     Great experience!

We have offices in Cleveland, Ohio and in Naples, Florida!
We have planned over 200 weddings! Our team has varying styles and experience leading to a well rounded portfolio. Oh Hello has planned weddings from Ohio to Florida to Italy, there is no destination too far!
We do plan a select number of rehearsal dinners, brunches and showers. We can assist with bachelorette parties and honeymoons as well!
