We are a full service wedding planning company, but we also offer tiers of planning including Wedding Coordination, Partial Planning and Micro/Elopement Planning.

    Kaila was the best planner to work with on our wedding day! We booked her for full service planning, as we planned our 40 person wedding within a 1.5month notice. Kaila contracted all vendors, designed and styled the event, took control of all invitations and sign production etc. Truly, even weeks after the wedding I still have guests talking about how this was the best wedding ever! If you are looking for a luxury, sophisticated planner that not only understands design but has a high end palette when it comes to food and wine pairings for an unbelievable menu presentation ... She is your go to! I would recommend her to anyone!

    Kaila is an absolute must-have at your wedding! She was the wedding day-of coordinator for my sister’s wedding in Detroit, and we loved her. When I started planning my wedding in Traverse City and Kaila agreed to join us as my wedding month-of coordinator, I was thrilled. She is amazing to work with! Leading up to the wedding, we met several times to go over all the details of the wedding. She orchestrated all the details and timelines with our vendors in the weeks before the wedding. She brought table numbers, cards boxes, easels, etc so we didn’t need to. She responded to questions quickly and made me (and my mom!) feel so relaxed. She is so kind, thoughtful, and has just the right amount of spunk to make sure the bride and groom get the wedding of their dreams. During my wedding weekend, I didn’t have to think about a thing! Kaila and her assistant handled everything! It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable day, and the wedding was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Kaila to anyone (and two of our friends have hired her for their weddings!)!

    I've worked with Kaila Adam as a planner for years now. Not only does she have a sparkling personality and a great understanding of etiquette, but she also knows the wedding industry landscape and the vendors who have the skill-set your event needs. I've been a videographer for over 15 years and the best thing a planner can do is give us a reasonable plan, timeline and access to beautiful locations so that we have the opportunity and time to capture your beautiful images.
