    Best Decision

    We hired Epiphany for month-of and day-of coordination services and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Wedding planning turned out to be far more overwhelming than we anticipated, but she stepped in during the final stretch and truly helped carry the load. She managed vendor communications and kept all the moving pieces organized so we could actually enjoy the last few weeks instead of drowning in stress. She worked with us to create a clear wedding day timeline and itinerary that gave us so much confidence in how the day would flow. The rehearsal dinner ran smoothly thanks to her guidance and thorough run-through. On the wedding day itself, she executed our decor vision perfectly-everything looked exactly like we had dreamed. She directed the venue and vendors with calm professionalism, managed guest flow (including helping with late arrivals), handled all the tip envelopes, coordinated cleanup and end-of-night logistics, and was our reliable point person for anything that came up. Having Epiphany there allowed us to actually be present and soak in the moment instead of worrying about the details. What stood out most was her positive, excited energy throughout the entire process. She genuinely seemed thrilled for us, and my family kept commenting on how wonderful, cheerful, and helpful she was. She brought such a supportive and joyful presence to what can be a very stressful time. If you’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and truly caring to help with month-of and day-of coordination, I highly recommend Epiphany.     The BEST!!!!

    We hired Epiphany as our wedding coordinator, and what a relief it was to have her on board. We had the entire party move from the ceremony location to the reception location without a hitch. Any little hiccups we encountered she handled like a pro. On top of all of that, she was a delight to have around and even tore it up on the dance floor (after a little convincing). She really helped our wedding day be THE most perfect day. You should hire her. Worth every penny.

    Top notch

    This team really allowed us to enjoy the last month of planning. All the tiny little details like signage, pick up/drop off times, timelines, were things we just didn’t want to spend a lot of time on, and Epiphany/Brandy took it all on with grace. Loved being able to just text her with random thoughts and ideas and just trust that she would execute. They’re like project managers, and that role is so integral to an event of this size (190 people). Brandy was SO amazing the day of. I had an emergency where my wedding dress sleeves were lost, and she sent the assistant to the bridal shop to buy replacements right away. 30 minutes later, I had my sleeves. She was calm, collected, and even helped me get into my reception dress and put my hair up!!! So grateful for my experience.

    The best day-of coordinator!

    We hired Have an Epiphany for our day-of coordinator for our September wedding and she absolutely delivered. Epiphany was amazing from start to finish. She developed our day-of timeline the month prior, was the point of contact with all of our vendors the week of, came to our venue’s 30-day final walkthrough, managed our rehearsal, and did an incredible job coordinating our wedding the day of. I noticed that our florist didn’t bring the greenery we paid for, and Epiphany quickly exited the room to call her. She came back two minutes later and said it’s been handled. Then boom, we had our greenery! She did an amazing job keeping everyone on schedule and tracking with the timeline. She knows what she’s doing and she’s not afraid to have your tough conversations for you (problems with vendors, certain family members). She’s a great person to have on your team on your wedding day. Thank you, Epiphany!!!!

    Professional, Affordable, Highly-regarded

    We hired Epiphany for full-service wedding planning, and she was fantastic. I didn't want to have to sift through tons of photographers, DJ's, etc., and she was extremely helpful in making recommendations that fit our preferences. Plus, all the vendors had great things to say about working with her. Her rates were reasonable and the service from her and her team was outstanding every step of the way. Highly recommend.
