    Cincinnati Area Wedding Coordinator

    Josie from Adorned & Co. was absolutely amazing! Throughout the planning process, she was quick to respond, thoughtful, creative, and really understood the kind of day we wanted. She took the time to get to know us, listen to what mattered most, and help us feel confident in the details. Package 1 included things like timeline creation, vendor coordination, rehearsal/processional coordination, and day-of troubleshooting, and Josie handled all of it so well. She led our rehearsal, took charge with vendors, handled the little day-of things that came up, and kept everything moving without making it feel stressful. Once she arrived on the wedding day, I genuinely felt like I could stop worrying and just enjoy it. She went above and beyond to make our day special. We’re so grateful we had Josie with us. She was organized, calm, kind, and really cared about making the day feel like us. I would absolutely recommend her and Adorned & Co. to other couples.

    Exceptional Day of Coordinator with Genuine Care

    Josie with Adorned & Co. was truly the best day-of coordinator we could have asked for. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way. She was always positive, calm, solution-oriented, and somehow made everything feel effortless, even behind the scenes. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared. She didn’t just do a good job because it was her job, she wanted to do a good job. My husband said that was what made her so special, and my mom kept saying the same thing after every meeting, she cares like you are her friend. She worked outside of her scope countless times just to make sure every vision and detail came to life exactly how I imagined it. She is sharp, experienced, incredibly organized, and just an all-around wonderful person to work with. One of the things I didn’t expect after the wedding was how much I would miss working with her. I learned so much from her throughout this process, and I’m so grateful our paths crossed. If you are considering Adorned & Co., book them, you will be in the absolute best hands.

    Adorned and Co. saved my wedding day! My coordinator was Jenna and she was AMAZING!! She was so flexible to create a service we didn’t even know we were needing. We opted for an option to have our decor set up for us and Jenna had our venue looking like it was out of a bridal magazine! She went above and beyond and was able to use our extra decor around the venue and it was chef’s kiss. Jenna was so sweet to keep brining us drinks throughout the night and checking in to make sure we were having a good time as we wanted to prioritize being present for the day. If you’re looking for someone to get things done before you have to ask, Jenna is your girl. She made sure the day was perfect from before we arrived to the venue until the clean up when we left. My venue even mentioned how amazing she was to work with! Adorned and co made sure why day felt seamless, important, and beautiful. 1,000% recommend!

    The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!

    I can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with Josie. From the moment we connected, she went above and beyond to bring our wedding vision to life—seamlessly, beautifully, and with such incredible professionalism. As someone who thrives on planning, schedules, and checklists, I was really nervous about how everything would come together on the actual wedding day. But thanks to Josie, those nerves completely melted away. Josie thought through every detail—many that I hadn’t even considered—and worked tirelessly to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Josie’s talent for organization, design, collaboration, and vendor coordination is truly unmatched. One standout moment was when she saved the day with our florals, coordinating last-minute with a friend to make sure we had bouquets in time for our photos.
