Hi everyone, my name is Nina, and I have worked in the events industry since 2016. I am a Cincinnati native, and I have a passion for live events! I love seeing all of the pieces come together, it is like a beautifully orchestrated play. When working with me you will see that I am creating a strong detailed plan for every couple from the start. It is all about communication, being adaptable and never taking focus off of the goal.

I go the extra mile to make sure your day runs seamlessly. From watching over my couples to ensure they’re cared for, to stepping in with catering or vendors when needed, I manage every detail so nothing gets missed and you can simply enjoy your celebration. I am more than an event coordinator — I’m your behind-the-scenes problem-solver, making sure every detail is flawless, and you never miss a moment.

In order to have a perfect wedding day you must first have the perfect wedding (event) coordinator. Nina checks off alllllll the boxes! She is timely, responsive, organized, creative, and overall goes above and beyond. From the finest / smallest details that you wouldn’t even think about, to executing the big picture, she handles it ALL. All the stress. All the chaos. All of it. Highly recommend!
