If it's a wedding, we might start several months in advance with vision casting and vendor scouting, then ramp up with final details closer to the big day. For rehearsal dinners or showers, the timeline can be shorter—maybe a few planning sessions over a few weeks. And of course, day-of coordination means I’m on-site to make the magic run smoothly. But the real value isn't just hours spent—it's how deeply we connect with your story and how effortlessly the event reflects you.
