She takes time to make sure every detail is perfect and that you will walk into your reception and love your cake! She has over 20 years of experience in the art of cake making and attended Midwest Culinary Insitute in Cincinnati, OH. Please reach out with any questions, she is always happy to help!

Mindy really cares about each bride and their cake! Her style is clean, polished, and elegant. Guests love to see you in your dress and when they get to the reception, they always go look at your cake too! I just want to make my couples happy and picking out and enjoying your cake on your special day should be a highlight of your wedding.

    Multiple flavors, custom design, every guest said it was the best and only regretted they didn't get eat more! Mindy did a beautiful job. Even though we only had 1 low-quality reference photo for her to work off of, it looked exactly how we wanted!! Her help in the design process and recommendations for the correct size to feed all our guests (and stay within budget) was invaluable. Looking forward to the next event where we can work with Mindy!

    In my 45 years of experience in the wedding business, Cakes by Mindy is absolutely the best! The cakes are moist and flavorful, never dry. The filling and icing is always delicious, especially the rasberry, lemon, cookies and cream, and chocolate fudge. Most of all, the beautiful decorating and wide variety of designs are amazing, and are truly the work of an experienced and talented artist. Mindy puts her heart into every cake, and strives to exceed every couple's expectations. If you are looking for a cake for your wedding, Cakes by Mindy is by far your best choice. Period.
