When you choose Hastings Bake House you are offering a delicious and artistic gift to your guest. With over 25 years of creative pastry experience, I have now decided to focus on my own bespoke cottage bakery, where I can implement my high standards of quality, service, and artistry. I pour myself into everything I make. Nothing will be lost in translation- I will personally take, bake, decorate and deliver your order. With my experience, I truly can create anything you imagine, and it would be my deepest honor to serve you on your special day.

Each cake is a masterful piece of art. I take one wedding per weekend and your celebration will be my sole focus. Hastings Bake House is an all natural bakery. I do not use seed oils, GMOs or artificial colors. I use organic ingredients as much as possible and bake with pasture raised eggs. Berries are picked fresh from my organic gardens for fillings. I can accommodate gluten and egg free diets.

Amazing Cake
Stacey creates masterpieces that taste even better than they look. And they look phenomenal! Stacey created my wedding cake. She took my ideas and brought it to life. I am so thankful for Stacey and her amazing God given talents.

Wedding cake
Hastings Bake House provided the most unique, professional, and gorgeous wedding cake for our special day. The team at Hastings took the time to understand our vision, including the colors, flavors, and overall style we were going for. The wedding cake was specially designed for us, and the final product was an exact replica of the beautiful concept sketch they had provided. Wedding Cake
We had chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and white cake with raspberry filling divided between 5 cakes. It was exactly what I asked for and there was plenty for everyone! I had laryngitis during our consult, so she had to do some lip reading! Everything was so wonderful even with my lack of verbal communication! Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Creati-licious Cakes
Hastings Bake House was my first professionally-ordered cake because I struggle with food intolerances and food preservatives. I chose to order a cake from this baker because she uses natural ingredients, no artificial dyes, and no seed oils. What a wonderful decision I made since now I order a cake every month, and I have no intolerances to her cakes! "Creati-licious" describes the gorgeous, outstanding, and elegant creativity of the cake artist in her decorating; and while trying different cake flavors, each cake I have bought has been absolutely delicious. Bridal Shower Beauty
The gorgeous lemon raspberry cake was as delicious as it was beautiful! The cupcake bouquets made stunning centerpieces for the bridal shower decor. We had to convince the guests that they were edible because they were so pretty and lifelike! They tasted as good as they looked. Stacey is a gifted cake artist and loves to customize designs for your unique special occasion. She is a talented professional that will make your special day extra amazing!
