The Reception Barn

Gorgeous large rustic chandeliers, and country chic details throughout mixed with all the modern amenities you need.

The spacious floor plan can accommodate up to 250 guests with a variety of different table arrangements possible. Additional features of the Reception Barn include our main dressing suite, catering prep kitchen, restrooms, and bonus balcony loft. Of course, you can’t also forget the attached 100 foot long covered porch and 3,600 square foot veranda overlooking the pasture and pond. Guests love being able to easily move between these great entertaining spaces.

Our newest most convenient outdoor ceremony location is the veranda! The veranda offers views of the horse pasture and pond without your guests having to walk anywhere. It truly is a beautiful ceremony location that keeps all your guests close to the action.

    Amazing Experience

    Everyone was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The space was very well kept and clean. The coordination service that comes with the venue was phenomenal, we would not have been able to make it through the day without them! Overall we loved our experience and they truly helped make our day special!

    Canopy Creek Farm was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Their communication was easy, quick, and efficient from start to finish.     Canopy Creek Farm was an amazing wedding venue for our special day. The communication with the venue coordinators was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process. They were always quick to answer our questions and provide guidance. The venue itself was spacious, gorgeous, and truly unique - the perfect backdrop for our wedding.     AMAZING!!

    Canopy Creek Farm was absolutely amazing. From the planning stages to the day of, they were so helpful and willing to give advice and support through the whole process. Our day of coordinator was Janet Collinsworth, and she honestly made the entire experience the best day ever. She works so hard at making the wedding day the best that it can be, and she is incredibly great at her job! We LOVED having her support and kindness the entire night. She isn’t afraid to take charge and she always knew what to do to make it run smoothly. We could not have done it without her. Thank you for making it the best day ever! We can’t say enough good things about Canopy Creek Farm and Janet!!

Yes, the Barn is heated and air-conditioned for comfortable year-round event use.
Yes, we are handicapped accessible. Your guests can be dropped off at the front door. Handicapped parking is next to the Reception Barn with level concrete access. The restrooms are handicapped-accessible. Finally, we provide transportation to and from an outdoor ceremony for the handicapped and the elderly.
Yes, your Canopy Creek Farm coordinator will be on hand during your contracted hours. They are there to adjust the air and lighting, and aid in any issues that may arise to help make your event special.
Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates. Our calendar fills quickly and the only way to secure your date is with a signed contract and booking payment.
To make budgeting easier, we have broken up our booking fee into three payments. $1,500 - Due upon rental of the facility, 50% of Total Rental Fee - Due 8 months prior to the event date, and $500 Security Deposit and Remaining Fee - Due 60 days prior to the event date.
Yes, included in your wedding rental you will receive 15 hours with a professional wedding coordinator. Specifically, a one-hour planning meeting a month before your wedding and a one-hour rehearsal during the week prior to your wedding. Finally, you will receive 13 hours of coordinating services on the day of your wedding. A wedding rental is for 16 hours, from 9 am to 1 am.

Yes, you are welcome to have alcohol at your event; however, you must have a bartender to serve it. You may purchase the alcohol and bartender from your caterer or provide your own.
Yes, there is plenty of free parking at Canopy Creek Farm.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Your guests can be dropped off at the front door. Handicapped parking is next to the Reception Barn with level concrete access. The restrooms are handicapped-accessible. Finally, we provide transportation to and from an outdoor ceremony for the handicapped and the elderly.
Your rental is for 16 hours, beginning at 9 am and ending at 1 am with the event ending at midnight. This allows one hour for you to gather your belongings.
The Reception Barn seating capacity is 250 guests. We provide chairs, whisky barrels, a custom-built bar and large cooler, and an assortment of round, rectangular and bistro tables. After you book your event with Canopy Creek Farm, you'll be given access to our Planning Library which will have a full listing of all the bonus rental items and their quantities that are included with your rental.
One of the many benefits of Canopy Creek Farm is how many beautiful ceremony locations we have available. Couples can get married by the pond, wooded creek area, on the veranda, or inside the reception barn.
