About this venue

The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis on our private 80-acre farm. Each rental and event is structured as a one-of-a-kind experience. We believe no wedding should feel rushed, which is why we offer flexible 2-day weekend packages that give you the time and space to build the event of your dreams. Whether you choose a full weekend celebration, a one-day wedding, or our intimate Thursday Elopement, you’ll have room to enjoy every moment without feeling hurried. As a space-only venue, you have complete creative freedom to bring your own vendors, coordinators, caterers, and personal style. We focus on quality over quantity so you can truly savor your day with the people who matter most. All rentals include tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception, along with access to our historic barn, spacious reception hall, private bridal suites, and serene pond.

Upper Barn (Ceremony Space)

Upper Barn (The Chapel) Our Upper Barn originally built in the late 1800's provides enough seating for up to 250 guests for your ceremony. You will see as you walk up the terraced bank leading up to the upper barn the magnificent architecture inside of this old barn.

Our 80' x 60' Reception Area once used as a feed lot before was added on to the barn in the early 2000's. After undergoing a complete renovation and transformation it now has enough seating and capacity to host 275 guests as there will be plenty of room to enjoy your next meal or event with all your friends and family.

Lower Barn (Bridal Suites)

Our Lower Barn, originally used for dairy and beef cattle, has been transformed into beautiful bridal suites for our bridal parties to prepare for their big day. Along with these suites you will find our restroom facilities to provide everything you'll need for your event.
