Located on 117 secluded acres in Saint Paris, Ohio, The Oaks at Kiser Lake transforms your wedding day into a full weekend experience. We specialize in relaxed, extended celebrations where you don't just rent a hall—you move in. With a climate-controlled Event Lodge, multiple scenic ceremony sites (from a waterfront dock to a pine grove), and on-site accommodations, we offer a private sanctuary where you can celebrate, stay, and play without watching the clock.

The maximum capacity is 150 guests.

In order to secure your date, we require a 50% retainer and a signed contract.

No! You are free to pick your own service vendors. We only require them to be licensed and insured. They will need to provide us with a Certificate of Insurance prior to your special event. Caterers are able to use our full commercial kitchen for food preparation and serving!

We do not have a liquor license, so you may bring in your own alcohol. Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartending service. A certificate of insurance is required prior to your event.

Of course! We just ask that you clean up after your pup. Pets are required to be on leashes at all times and must be restrained if causing any issues.

Yes! The Lodge is climate controlled.

Yes! We have beautifully-renovated modern men’s and women’s restrooms in the Lodge. We also have a functional shower house near the original cabins.

We are! The property is quite beautiful year-round and there is still plenty for you to enjoy. Keep in mind, however, that the entrance drive is very steep and difficult to traverse in icy conditions.
