Wedding Photographers!

When we got married in 2007, our only regret is that we didn’t hire a wedding photographer. We had a few friends bring their cameras and thought that would be good enough. Our photos are fine, they are enough to help us remember what happened, but they don’t fully capture US. What we have isn’t quite wall-worthy, except that’s all we’ve got. We want more for you! You want to love your story, to love your photos and appreciate them years from now when you’re sharing stories with your grandkids gathered around. You will want your memories hung forever where you can see them to remember your beautiful day!

We’re more than just your wedding photographers. We’re your personal assistant, pack mule, wedding planner, storytellers, friend who’ll tell you if you have spinach between your teeth, confidant, dress zipper-upper, director, and cat herders… We bring loads of experience and wisdom we’ve gathered along the way to help you through the haze of wedding planning, orchestrating a thousand details, and pulling off a complicated party that you’ve never done before. Your day is about You, & capturing exactly who you are as a couple. The best weddings happen when the entire day radiates with your personality so that your memories are worth saving.

    Daniel is so fun to work with!

    Daniel has captured a ton of real proposals/engagements for my clients, as well as weddings and does a great job. His attention to details is perfect and he is a very skilled photographer. Styling is more bold and colorful, not moody or light/airy. Daniel delivers very full and detailed galleries very quickly compared to industry standards. The Smyths are so nice and caring and are great people to work with.

    The perfect photographer for our perfect day

    Daniel was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was thrilled by the quality of our pictures. He was easy and comfortable to be around and felt more like a trusted friend through the whole process rather than someone I'd hired to take our pictures. I can't recommend his work enough. As soon as you're ready! We often book weddings 12-16 months out so the earlier you reach out the better opportunity to find a date that works well for all of us. We do sometimes have last minute availability so if you're thinking of a shorter engagement or even eloping, don't hesitate to reach out!
For most of our wedding collections, we work together as a team. We've found that this makes the day go smoother, gets your better photographs and a larger variety. When you choose us to help with your wedding, you're getting us!
Yep. All of your final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure that you look beautiful! We can't add dinosaurs or the Millennium Falcon (unless you ask really nice)
Nope. It's too complicated to do both really well so we have a few recommended videographers that we love working with and we'll gladly tell you who they are. We want to focus on capturing the best memories in still photographs for you.
We'll send you a sneak preview 48 hours after your wedding day for you to gush over while we start retouching the rest of your memories. Typically we'll meet up ~4 weeks after your wedding date to watch a highlight slideshow of your wedding, & wrap up your album design if you've decided to print your memories. You'll also receive your private web gallery with all of your images that same evening.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photography. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding collection, number of guests, venue type, schedule for your day, if both of us are there, or just one of us and a few other things.
We sure do! Just let us know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and we’ll send that over to them. PS We've never broken anything while at a wedding :)
In our 13 years as photographers, we've never needed a backup photographer. However should that happen, we have a short list of photographers we trust very much who fit our style of photography. We'll make sure that you know what's going on, that you know who they are and we'll fill them in on all of your dreams. We'll still handle everything else after even if some kind of emergency does happen.
