She was extremely kind, incredibly humble for the extensive resume she possesses, and explained her genuine love for the harp. Leading up to the wedding day she was extremely professional, communicated effectively, and in a timely fashion. She communicated with other vendors and made the process so easy, which allowed the seamless transition on the day of. The wedding day was the first time meeting Olivia in person. She blew away all expectations I’d created. Her kindness allowed me to feel comfortable sharing vulnerable moments. Her talent added a shift in the air elevating the moment from classy to high class.
