He Didn’t Just DJ Our Wedding — He made it
I truly don’t know if there are enough words—or enough stars—to describe how incredible our DJ was. From beginning to end, he went so far above and beyond anything we could have expected. He didn’t just show up and play music. He helped create the entire feeling of our wedding day. He kept everything flowing perfectly, read the room effortlessly, kept everyone laughing, dancing, and having the absolute best time, and somehow seemed to know exactly what was needed before we even had to ask. What meant the most to us, though, was how genuinely invested he was in making our day special. Every little detail mattered to him. He wasn’t simply there doing a job—he was there making sure one of the most important days of our lives was everything we hoped it would be and more. Our guests are STILL talking about how much fun they had and how amazing our DJ was, and that says everything. The dance floor, the energy, the laughs, the special moments—he absolutely nailed every single part of it. When you look back on your wedding, there are certain people who become part of the memories themselves, and he will forever be one of those people for us. If you’re considering booking him, stop considering it and DO IT. We would choose him a thousand times over. Thank you for giving us a wedding reception we will never, ever forget.

The Ultimate Wedding DJ
We hired Serious Soundz for our wedding and he was phenomenal! Chris is an expert DJ and he knows how to keep the party going! He was our DJ, but he also helped us with our wedding timeline. After telling him that I was struggling with creating a timeline, Chris met with us over lunch to help us get a better idea of how things would flow and he even suggested fun ideas that we could incorporate, such as a reverse photo dash! Chris is an excellent DJ and just an all around great guy. Anyone would be lucky to have him be the DJ for their next event.

Chris loves what he does & it shows when he works! He was very quick to respond any time I had a question for him throughout the planning process. He is confident in what he does & follows through! It felt great as a bride knowing I had someone behind the scenes making sure our guests were taken care of and having a great time! He checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were enjoying our time & made sure our day flowed exactly like we had planned!

Chris of Serious Sounds provided unparalleled service. He was incredibly helpful through every step of the process and quick to respond to any and all questions or concerns that we had. Truly a master of his craft. He brought a fantastic vibe to the occasion and many personal touches that really make it special. When I first emailed Chris to inquire about his services, he quite literally responded in 2 minutes and I knew from this moment he was going to be my DJ. Not only was he my DJ, he became one of my wedding planners. He helped me with save the dates, dinner, and so much more than just music. He was quick and willing to answer any question I had whether it was about his services or not. He recommended my photographer, who recommended my videographer and they all worked together so well. He called me the evening before the wedding to check on me, called me the morning of the wedding to check in again, and when it came down to time for the wedding, he did phenomenal. He certainly led the show. I felt so at ease like I could relax and put things in his hands. He also took the marriage license stress off my plate. Truly, from the bottom of my heart I could not recommend Serious Soundz/ Chris Hudnell more. 11/10 from me!!! Thank you so much!
