The GigRoster Live Band & DJ Entertainment is a wedding band company providing musical entertainment for weddings & receptions. Our Talent Coordinator works with couples to find out about their musical tastes and vision for the big day before crafting the perfect package whether you want live music, DJ or a package of both. Our diverse musicians can play across all manner of genres and styles. From classical to funky disco classics, to smooth soul and modern pop hits, they can perform it all. Our talented group will interact with your guests and encouraging every last audience member to get involved in the celebration of your big day!

We know what it takes to make an event a success and we have a package that will fit whatever you are looking for. Super premium entertainment at a price designed to fit your budget! We offer a number of different Pricing Packages and Many Services. a number of comprehensive packages to choose from. Couples can opt for a classical string trio or soloist for the ceremony, before expanding events to include a DJ or a full band during the reception. We feature talented vocalists who can also act as master of ceremonies and instrumentalist who have years of experience making a party happen.

The Premium Live Horn Band Package

We use a detailed planning form that allows you to specify the appropriate attire, whether you're looking for something casual, semi-formal, or formal. This way, the musicians or DJ can match the ambiance of your wedding and/or reception perfectly, creating a cohesive and elegant experience tailored to your vision.
We are more than happy to learn new songs, especially if you have a special or meaningful piece that holds significance for your wedding day. Whether it’s a song for your ceremony, first dance, or any other moment, we will work diligently to ensure it’s performed perfectly. We do kindly ask for advance notice so that we have ample time to rehearse and deliver it just as you envision. However, we are always open to taking requests during the reception and will do our best to accommodate them on the spot. To help us understand your musical preferences and needs, we provide a detailed entertainment and music planning sheet. T
We are always happy to take music requests, whether in advance or on the day of your wedding. If there is a specific song or set of songs that hold a special meaning for you, we encourage you to let us know as early as possible. This gives us time to rehearse and perfect the song, ensuring that it is performed just the way you want it. While advance notice helps us deliver the best possible performance, we are also more than happy to take live requests during your reception. We will do our best to accommodate them and keep the music flowing in a way that enhances the celebration.
Yes, we absolutely provide music for both wedding ceremonies and cocktail receptions. In fact, many of our clients choose to have us handle both aspects of their special day. It’s quite common for us to perform elegant, live music during the ceremony. Some couples choose to bundle our services, having live classical music or acoustic performances during the ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by a DJ or dance band. For DJ services, we typically arrive 60 to 90 minutes prior to the event to ensure enough time for setup, provided the venue is available. This time frame allows us to set up sound systems, lighting, and other equipment smoothly. The same applies for our live band options. However, if your chosen venue requires a larger sound system or more extensive production, we’ll work closely with you and your venue manager to arrange an appropriate setup time. Our goal is to ensure everything is ready and perfect before your guests arrive, so we're always flexible to meet your event's specific needs.
Travel fees depend on the distance between your venue and where your entertainment is based, but rest assured, all travel costs will be clearly included in your quote and the total price you’re contracted for. There are never any surprises or hidden charges. As for breakdown fees, we do not charge any fee. In most cases, our entertainers can pack up and exit the venue within 60 minutes or less, provided there are no unusual load-in or load-out conditions at the facility. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible for you!
