    Precious Pic Pros are the Pros!!

    Precious Pics Pro made our dream come true with both our engagement and our wedding photos. We were very nervous to have photographers as we had never had professional pictures taken and we were very new to that world. Both our engagement photographer and our wedding photographer gave us excellent photos that we can now cherish for the rest of our lives.     Best decision for our wedding!

    Finding a wedding photographer almost felt like finding true love all over again—so much pressure to get it right.     Easy-going vendor

    very pleasant and easy-going vendor. They give a lot of attention to collecting information about the shot list, which at first looked like a bit of extra work to do on top of the rest of the wedding planning, but that worked out perfectly. We asked to add a few more shots after reviewing the album and they sent us updates within the next 2 days. My sister's wedding photographer made her wait for half a year and I wanted to avoid it at all costs. Preciouspics sent me all the edits 12 days after the wedding!

From the moment you contact us we engage in a professionally developed planning & scheduling sequence, asking you the right questions, getting information about your vision, providing you with forms to collect each tiny detail about your day, and educating our team on your preferences before the event. Last but not least, you'll always have a dedicated concierge who you can call with any and all your questions about your service and request all necessary assistance.
The actual investent depends on many variables. Prices mainly depend on the amount of hours and the amount of cameramen necessary to cover your day and match your style expectations. Before we come up with an estimate, we will ask you to send us your style boards or share portfolio links to find what your vision is all about. Based on your preferences, we then come up with several coverage options and send you a quote for your review. We're ready to answer your questions after and will adjust the options according to your requirements. Who said that weddings are easy? 😀
Yes, but it comes with a catch. Most of the couples review portfolios based on the criteria not directly related to photo or video production work. They consider beauty of the couple, venue, decorations, and overall look and feel of the wedding when making their choice. However, your wedding may look different. Things like bad weather or dark lighting may ruin many desired shots. We offer professional help with your mood-board and portfolio picks to make sure that the final deliverable matches your vision.

Often couples are unsure how much time to take into consideration for certain elements of their day. We want you to have an amazing day and have all special details captured, but at the same time we want you to enjoy yourselves, enjoy your guests that are there to celebrate with you and above all, you should never feel pushed for time or feel that you are rushed through the different stages of your day. We want you to be relaxed, soak up all the love and happiness around you. Why? It shows in your photos and/or videos.
With so many different options around us nowadays, it’s hard to describe what you are looking for. Our Wedding Concierge are more than understanding in this and will work with you to complete your vision. Most of our couples tend to have a Pinterest board, it’s such a quick visual aid to details like: references to your venue, your color scheme and florals, your theme/overall vibe, some photography references (think of classic, photojournalistic, candid, artistic). You wouldn't put something on your Pinterest board that you don't like, plus it’s an incredibly helpful insight for us and will help us know what to envision on your wedding day.
We'd love to know if there are any videos in particular that you like and if so, we really like to know the reason why. We are known for our videos that stay true to color, mixing in some candid moments with the classics and using some slow motion. However, if you are after something completely different, we can certainly make it work, but we just need to understand your needs. Your Concierge will share these details with you, the videographer(s) and our post production team. In addition, we truly enjoy personalizing each video, so we will ask you for songs you’d like us to use. As you can imagine, these make your videos, so choose carefully!
It's incredibly common for your venue to ask for additional information or paperwork to be signed by your vendors. This can be their own Vendor Agreement, or they might ask to be listed on our liability insurance or have a copy of our business license. When this happens you can just share your Wedding Concierge's contact details and we will take care of the rest.
After your wedding you will find that most of your vendors, such as your venue, hair and makeup artist, florist, the person who made the cake, and many more, will ask you for a few photos from your big day so they can share this on their social media. Your Wedding Concierge can help again! Leading up to your big day we will ask you about some of your vendors and also your personal social media tags, so we can take care of this for you after your big day.
And finally, we know that most couples use their weekends to get a lot of their wedding planning done. The tricky part is that most photographers and videographers are busy during that time, for the simple reason that they are shooting weddings! We want to ensure that you can ask questions and receive answers as things come up, whether it’s 2pm on a Saturday afternoon or 9:30am on a Wednesday morning. Our team is dedicated to give you excellent service, not only on your wedding day, but also in the pre and post wedding process, so that you have an amazing overall experience!
