Designed to accommodate up to 250 guests, we offer both indoor and outdoor spaces for all weather conditions. Our certified wedding coordinators ensure a seamless experience, and we provide bridal and groom suites for day-of preparations and overnight stays. On-site security and staff are present throughout each event. The venue features antique cars and stunning backdrops for photos. We partner with award-winning vendors but also allow outside vendors and catering. Couples can customize their wedding with à la carte add-ons. With ample parking, we offer golf cart transportation for elderly and disabled guests. Villa Toscana Miami blends elegance and convenience to create an unforgettable wedding experience.

All rooms feature carefully curated interiors and natural light from the numerous windows. Tie the knot in the spectacular gardens for an open-air ceremony to remember. You can dine and dance the night away here with up to 150 guests. Features such as stunning fountains, cascading waterfalls, and lush flowers and greenery make for plenty of photo opportunities so you can remember the day forever. Comfortable accommodations are also available for you and your guests to rest after the event comes to an end.

The right choice!!
We 100% made the right choice with Villa Toscana as a wedding venue! Planning for the wedding began early and it was one of the venues we liked the best throughout our search. The location is perfect, the facilities are beautiful, and the staff is awesome. The facilities have several buildings and options where you can hold an indoor or outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour and/or dinner reception. From the beginning, the approach and the way we were treated was so helpful and accommodating and that type of hospitality is something that other venues did not offer. They made planning less stressful and when it came time for the big day, they did an awesome job. I love the fact they take care of so much of the details and stress the fact they want the bride and groom to enjoy their wedding day and not have to worry about anything. That is and was customer service at its best! Our guests cannot stop raving about the wedding and the beautiful venue inside and out, the tasty food, and the way the entire wedding made them feel. You could not pick a better venue and team to work with for your wedding. If you are looking for a PERFECT venue, this place is it!

Horrible Communication
While the venue itself is gorgeous, the experience leading up to and on my wedding day was filled with unnecessary stress and constant miscommunication. I went through three different event coordinators, despite being promised one consistent point of contact. This led to several important details being mishandled. The contract stated cleanup until 2 AM, yet after my wedding I was rushed out, forced to wait outside in the heat, and pressured to clean the bridal suite far earlier than agreed upon. I was also promised fireworks, but only a few months before my wedding was told they were no longer offered due to ordinances. I had to fight for equal compensation. Similarly, my contract included four cold spark boxes, yet only two were provided. I never received my final details meeting required by the contract, and my rehearsal was double-booked with another wedding. It took weeks of back-and-forth just to receive a 600 credit for the rehearsal I lost. Even my engagement photos—which I planned for months in advance, driving four hours—were canceled because they booked another wedding that day. At our venue walk-through (a trip planned 15 months in advance as it was a destination wedding), my coordinator didn’t even show up. To make matters worse, their preferred caterer, Over the Top Catering, served food that was not only completely different from what was agreed upon at the tasting, but also inedible and poor quality. On the day of my wedding setup, there were both a venue photo shoot and a tour taking place. I was assured when booking that no other events would be scheduled during my wedding day, which was completely misleading and unprofessional. Yes, the venue is beautiful, but the miscommunication, lack of professionalism, and constant battles with incompetent staff made planning and the day of stressful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Villa Toscana to future couples due to the lack of professionalism and communication as several important factors lacked proper attention.
Stunning location!
The location is breathtaking, the ambiance is beautiful, the staff is friendly and kind! The outdoor setting for the ceremony was so elegant, they did a phenomenal job. This place is so romantic and charming!
