Vista Lago Ballroom is happy to host your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception on their breathtaking property. Couples can accommodate up to 250 guests at this lakefront ballroom. You can say your “I do’s” outdoors with their beautiful, Hidden Lake as your backdrop. You can continue your celebration under the stars surrounded by a tropical garden and a 20-foot-high, illuminated fountain. If you prefer an indoor affair, their spacious ballroom features natural lighting, spectacular views of the lake, and plenty of space for a dance floor. Either way, you'll be sure to have a Miami-style ambience at this unforgettable venue.

The BEST Wedding Venue
Our wedding at Vista Lago Ballroom was honestly more perfect than we could have imagined. We were actually one of those couples who originally planned to elope because we were worried a wedding would be overwhelming, stressful, and filled with hidden costs. Looking back now, choosing Vista Lago was one of the best decisions we made because they made the entire process feel so easy, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end. One of the biggest highlights was having a day-of coordinator INCLUDED in the package. Since she works directly with the venue, she knew absolutely everything top to bottom — the timeline, vendors, setup, flow of the evening, and every behind-the-scenes detail. We never had to answer questions, solve problems, or stress about what came next because she already had everything handled before we even thought about it. We truly got to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day. The staff also went above and beyond all night long. They continuously brought us hors d’oeuvres, drinks, dinner, and cake so we actually got to enjoy all the amazing food during the wedding. At the end of the night, they carefully packaged all of our leftovers and even saved the top of our cake for us before we left. Those thoughtful details meant so much to us. The venue was beautiful, the service was incredible, the pricing was fair, and there were no surprise fees or last-minute issues. Everything was transparent, organized, and handled with so much care. We felt so taken care of throughout the entire experience and are beyond grateful to the Vista Lago team for giving us such an unforgettable wedding day.

Jose, Raquel, & Caitlin are a dream team with so much love and dedication to their craft and beautiful venue. They are devoted to love and it is evident in their demeanor and in the way they help carry out your dreams. They make you feel like family and truly want you to have the most perfect day. They did the most spectacular job ever for my sister & brother-in-law's wedding! ALSO, the food omgggg, the literal best ever!! We all good not get enough of it! SAY YES to the tres leches! Our wedding was absolutely magical and far exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning, Raquel, Jose, and Caitlin made the entire planning process feel easy, stress-free, and seamless. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference, and we always felt supported every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, everything came together more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. The guest could not stop raving about how delicious the food was. We are so grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, and effort in making our celebration unforgettable. They truly helped create one of the best days of our lives.

Vista Lago Ballroom made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and beautifully set up. The venue looked stunning and elegant, creating the exact atmosphere we had dreamed of. The food was delicious and received so many compliments from our guests — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and served on time. The staff was truly amazing: professional, attentive, and so kind throughout the entire night. They made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything and took care of every detail seamlessly. The service, the coordination, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was!
