    First off, Nataly was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so secure throughout the process and answered every single one of my questions (there were a lot!). She was patient and we worked together through all the steps that felt so foreign. Come the time for the wedding and the hotel staff is attentive. We felt so special. They were extremely accommodating and all of our guests that stayed at the hotel had nothing but positive things to say. Nataly walked us through what the day would look like during the rehearsal. I felt so confident handing over all the decorations to Nataly and the team and they did not disappoint. They brought my vision to life. The day of the wedding, everything went extremely smooth until the weather took a complete turn for the worst. An hour before the wedding, it started storming and it was pouring while guests were arriving. I was extremely disheartened because i really wanted the ceremony under the gazebo. We made the decision to move the ceremony to under the terrace. The staff was so quick to move and work with our guests. Nataly then came in a few minutes before the ceremony was going to start to say it stopped raining and what I wanted to do. As soon as I said to move the ceremony back to the gazebo, the staff immediately dried the chairs and guided everyone to the gazebo and changed the layout of the cocktail to its original form. My guests were in awe at how dedicated the staff were to ensuring everything was dry and how quick they worked. I was so grateful for them. During the reception, we had dedicated staff catering to my husband and I. The food was delicious, the staff were amazing and so attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experienced. All my guests raved about the venue and the staff. I highly recommend this venue. Not only is it beautiful but you can confidentially trust the team to handle your special day with immense care.

    Dream Wedding setting and service!

    From start to finish, working with The Palms Hotel and Spa was genuinely enjoyable—a bright spot in the chaos of wedding planning. Vanessa was instrumental in helping us plan the entire event, and her responses were always timely and thoughtful. The team provided a solid list of vendors to choose from, which made narrowing down our options so much easier. What really impressed us was how affordable they kept everything without cutting corners, especially for a Miami venue with that charming old Florida, boutique hotel feel. Their professionalism throughout the whole process made planning stress-free, and our guests loved the unique atmosphere. We'd absolutely recommend The Palms to any couple looking for a venue that's both accessible and special.

    Amazing venue

    We chose The Palms Hotel and Spa for our wedding and couldn't be happier with that decision. From start to finish, their communication was clear and responsive, which made the planning process so much easier.     Beautiful hotel and experience

    My husband and I highly recommend using The Palms and their in-house coordinators to plan their wedding. Nataly was so helpful with planning our day from start to finish. She helped us find the best vendors, all of whom came through perfectly. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all beautiful, and the whole process felt simple, seamless, and super enjoyable. No stress and lots of fun!

Yes! The beach is public property and a proper permit must be secured through the City of Miami Beach, which your event specialist can apply on your behalf. Your Event Specialist can assist with the rental of white folding chairs on the beach for your ceremony and a small round table for your officiant. You are responsible for any additional decor.
