Bayfront Floral & Event Design is a full-service award winning floral and event company that has been providing exceptional service to South Florida’s Brides for the past 40 years. Bayfront Floral & Event Design specializes in floral and event décor for functions and special events that vary from intimate dinner parties, small and large weddings to galas with over hundreds of guests. We aim to create beautifully intricate displays and installations which provides each function with a unique ambiance. We can achieve diverse styles such as classical elegance, vintage chic, whimsical, rustic, traditional and modern.     Exceptional Service and Value

    Bayfront Floral & Event Design was a pleasure to work with for our Newlywed Celebration. From our first contact, they were quick to respond to all of my questions and thoroughly walked us through the various floral options that would fit our budget. On the day of the party, the centerpieces and bar arrangements they provided were absolutely beautiful - classic and clean with a lovely tropical flair that perfectly matched our venue. The value they provided was exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a reliable, talented florist for their big day.

Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day, but recently have been noticing couples are reaching out sooner and sooner!
We don't have a set minimum, but we do depending on the location of the venue and time of year! All of our proposals are designed and created specifically for each couple and their respective needs.
