Hey there, I'm Jen, Founder & Head Floral Designer of JF Events & Flowers. I was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Call Orlando home for over almost two decade now. I am the first born and oldest girl of 3 children. I’m a born leader and organizer, raised with a strong work ethic and family values. I currently divide my time between weddings and my beautiful family. From an early age, I have a calling for weddings and events that has blossomed into a passion.

My start in florals and event design began with my own wedding. I saw this as the perfect opportunity to combine my background in business with my creativity. That is how JF Events & Flowers born. Every piece of floral art at our weddings and special events has been thoughtfully designed by me and my trusted team of floral artists. Thats why I believe that beyond every floral arrangement, you take a piece of our hearts with you.

    Obsessed

    Working with JF Events & Flowers was such a pleasure from start to finish. Jenn and her team were kind and supportive throughout the entire planning process, helping me bring my vision to life while keeping everything within budget. They delivered gorgeous florals that exceeded my expectations on our wedding day. What impressed me most was how they listened to what I wanted and didn't push me toward expensive options I didn't need. The bouquets, centerpieces, and installations were absolutely stunning and made our venue feel magical. I'd recommend JF Events & Flowers to any couple looking for beautiful flowers.

    Bridal Shower was expectacular!

    Jen and her team did nothing but exceptional on my Bridal Shower ( my engagement party as well) I would have used her in my wedding but we decided to do a destination wedding. Everything looked better than imagined and she was very helpful with million questions through the entire process!

Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery!
Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from candles to candelabras, arches, card box, and more. Get in touch to see our full list.
Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation. However, we’re happy to recommend a few local vendors who provide this service. Just let us know.
Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.
Consultations last approximately 1 hour. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. Also, if you plan on using your own containers, please bring them so we can evaluate and give you an accurate quote based on their size. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services. We have a $2,000 minimum for floral delivery (and $1,500 minimum for pickup). Since many weddings require a professional set up, we also charge a separate fee for event installation.
