Amazing venue!
We got married on April 26, 2025, and could not have chosen a better venue! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how gorgeous the property was! It truly feels like you're not in Florida. The setting created such a magical backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. My mom suggested this venue. It was one of the last venues we toured. I was feeling discouraged because many other venues make you use their vendors, and the time is limited for the wedding day. Having access to the venue for the entire day made our wedding so much smoother and less stressful. We were able to take our time, enjoy every moment, and not feel rushed. The reception space was beautiful and spacious. There were plenty of bathrooms (a small but important detail!), and everything was clean and well-maintained. One of the biggest perks was being able to use our own vendors, which gave us so much freedom to personalize our day exactly how we envisioned it. There are Airbnbs nearby for guests who want a more private stay, as well as hotels in Clermont and Howey-in-the-Hills, so it was very convenient for everyone. We truly loved this wedding venue and highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, flexible, and stress-free place to get married!

Our experience with Sterling Event Venue was truly exceptional. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was wonderful, thoughtful, helpful, and consistently professional. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with an outstanding, glamorous atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect, ensuring every detail was attended to with the utmost care. Although the venue was slightly out of our original budget, it was absolutely worth it - the space was stunning and the value was outstanding. We couldn't be happier with our decision to host our wedding at Sterling Event Venue and we highly recommend them to any couple looking for an unforgettable experience.
Couldn't Recommend Enough!
We could not have been happier with Sterling for our wedding! The location is so beautiful and doesn’t even look like you are in Central Florida! We loved that we were able to have an outdoor ceremony and then an indoor reception. The parking is so easy for your guests and the location is not in a busy area at all so it still felt peaceful and quiet when you are outside for your ceremony. Thankfully, the weather was good on our big day, but I loved the peace of mind of having the backup option of an indoor ceremony that I know still would have been stunning. The getting ready areas were spacious and looked great in photos. There are SO MANY spots that you can take photos, and they all turned out beautiful. The staff was kind and easy to work with. We loved the flexibility of choosing our own vendors as well. Highly recommend!

Our search for the perfect wedding venue was filled with anticipation, hoping to find a location that truly checked all our boxes. That search came to a spectacular end when we discovered Sterling Event Venue. From the moment we stepped foot on the grounds, we knew this was where we were meant to celebrate our special day. Sterling Event Venue exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. The convenience of having the option for our rehearsal on site was just the beginning of its allure. The venue boasted an epic Bridal and Groom Suite that provided the perfect space for us to prepare and relax before the festivities. Knowing that we had the venue from 9AM until Midnight gave us the flexibility and freedom to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration without any time constraints. One of the standout features of Sterling Event Venue is undeniably its breathtaking view. Overlooking the serene lake, it offered a picturesque backdrop that was simply unparalleled. As we exchanged our vows amidst the backdrop of towering trees and shimmering waters, we felt a sense of tranquility and magic wash over us. Throughout the year and a half leading up to our wedding day, the amazing staff at Sterling Event Venue became like family to us. LaRai, our main contact, was an absolute gem. Her presence the day before our wedding at the rehearsal was invaluable. She effortlessly coordinated our wedding party and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. On the day of our wedding, the venue provided everything we could have possibly needed and more. Having fridge space for the sandwiches we brought along was a thoughtful touch, and the TV for the groomsmen to catch snippets of a local golf tournament was a delightful bonus. Sterling Event Venue truly offered us an escape from the hustle and bustle of central Florida, creating an oasis of serenity and beauty for our wedding day. Every detail, from the elegant decor to the impeccable service, contributed to an unforgettable experience. Choosing Sterling Event Venue for our big day was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. To anyone considering this venue for their wedding or special event, we wholeheartedly recommend it.
