“We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? Framed and displayed all over the house within hours of receiving them. The videos? Watched as often as you read your child a bedtime story. The day of? Amazing, lovely, smooth as a babies butt. We had bumps throughout planning and they were quickly resolved, we had bumps the day of, and we were able to sit back and laugh about it because we knew we were in good hands. “From our initial video call asking about things I hadn't even thought of yet, to coming out on July 4th for our rehearsal, to day-of pivoting and wrangling of people, Autumn worried about alot of things so I didn't have to. She was direct, problem- solving and so full of joy running both our rehearsal and wedding day. On top of all that, she was so fun to have around our sweet group of friends. All of my bridesmaids, groomsmen and friends that were part of the ceremony mentioned either day of or later how kind and how much of a queen she was. We also did alot of DIY (flowers, alcohol, dance floor,decor) and she was so helpful coordinating pickups and with figuring out the flow of breakdown at the end of the night which my parents were extremely grateful for! She had a drink in hand for both me and my husband as we walked back down the aisle which was so slay, and made sure we both got plates of food at the head table and for our getaway car. “Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She was professional, responsive, and very helpful in the planning process (we got a day-of-coordinator package but met with her a couple times beforehand to review details). “I cannot thank the team at Just Marry! enough for making our 21st-anniversary Disney-themed vow renewal the BEST DAY EVER! I didn't hire a planner for our original wedding, but upgrading to their full planning and day-of coordination services for this event was the best decision I ever made. I worked mostly with Mairead, who was fantastic from start to finish. Her communication was perfect. When she went on maternity leave, she ensured a seamless handoff to Danielle, and when she returned, we jumped right back into it without missing a beat. Mairead was incredibly honest, helping with great suggestions while keeping my budget in mind by pointing out things that would just be a waste of money. As the event got closer, she introduced me to Amanda, my on-site coordinator, who went completely above and beyond. Because I was supplying my own decor, Amanda offered to meet me right at my resort to pick everything up, ensuring it would get through venue security smoothly. She even put together a few items I had forgotten to assemble! The night before the event, we hit a massive hiccup. Due to recent Disney policy changes regarding third-party vendors, we could no longer use our original resort for getting ready because my external media, hair, and makeup teams weren't permitted on property—despite being told months prior by a cast member that it would be fine. I had to message Amanda late that night to let her know we had to switch locations. She jumped right on it, immediately coordinating with all of my vendors to update them. Because we ended up staying further away, we arrived a little late, and our event didn't start right on time. But Amanda and her assistant, Ellis, were absolute saints. They never made me feel rushed for a single second. They reassured me that our time at Paddlefish was secure and that no one was going to rush our event to an end. When I walked in, the decorations took my breath away. I had given them free rein with the decor I provided, and they completely exceeded my expectations. “Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. “I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!”

“As an anxious bride, I can honestly say Mike Bass (Emerald Feather Events) gave me the greatest gift imaginable: peace of mind. From the very beginning, Mike took the time to understand our vision, answered every call, text, and email incredibly quickly, offered thoughtful advice, and handled vendor communication and venue challenges without ever adding stress to my plate. On our wedding day, Mike and his assistant Gabby kept me calm, made me feel completely taken care of, and somehow managed to keep me blissfully unaware of any challenges that came up throughout the day. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because I knew they had everything under control. Mike and Gabby truly brought my wedding day vision to life even better than I imagined (and better than the Pinterest inspo pics I had). Every detail was beautiful, and they added thoughtful touches throughout the day that made everything feel extra special. My favorite example: Mike actually measured every place setting with a ruler because he learned I'm a stickler for perfectly straight lines- that's the level of care he puts into his work. Mike is worth his weight in gold and then some. He and Gabby are kind, organized, incredibly talented, and genuinely care - I would trust Emerald Feather Events with any event I ever plan in the future, and I already miss working with Mike. I can't recommend Emerald Feather Events highly enough – honestly, month-of-coordination with Mike was, without question, the best investment we made during our entire wedding.”

“We had the pleasure of coming across Jessica & Jackie though an online platform and man are we happy we did. Not only did they assist in planning our wedding but we also used them for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner, which was so great! We got a beautiful shower and the chance to build some relationship with them before the big day! They call themselves “on demand divas” which is so accurate with there attention to detail but always flexible when it comes to it. Made sure everything was how we wanted it and even kept a curling iron on hand for my photos. One of my front curls fell and they were able to touch it up before our formals! Love them and will use them for all my future events!”
