Hi, I’m Allie, founder of CBA and I’m supported by an incredible planning team. Originally from the Finger Lakes region of New York, we split our time between Upstate New York and Central, North, and South Florida, with no travel fee between our home regions. With over a decase of combined experience, our team loves helping couples create weddings that truly reflect their love stories. Whether your vision is elegant, modern, or completely one of a kind, we make the planning process feel seamless and stress free, delivering an unforgettable day through creativity, attention to detail, and a calm, supportive presence from start to finish.

From a young age, our founder Allie was immersed in the world of event planning, learning from her mother. That early foundation shaped the values that guide our team today. Over the years, we’ve brought visions to life across a wide range of events, from high profile and celebrity functions to imaginative challenges like making snow in FL. What sets us apart is our fun and collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to fully understanding each client’s vision.     The Best Coordinator!

    From our first conversation with Allie, we knew Celebrations by Allie was the right fit for us. She and her team—Kagan and Yasmine—responded quickly to every question and were honest about what we needed. What stood out most was how intentional they were about every detail, from our decorations to our timeline. On the day of our wedding, they handled everything that came up without us having to think twice, which meant we could actually be present and enjoy those first moments as a married couple. The whole experience felt personal and tailored to us, not like we were just another wedding. We'd highly recommend Allie and her team to anyone planning their big day.

    Thankful Stress Free Bride

    During the planning process, Allie worked with our budget, used her wealth of knowledge and network to help us problem solve, and dealt with our humorously difficult families. On the big day, of course things didn’t go as perfectly as planned but we were still able to have an enjoyable stress free wedding day because of Allie. She put out many fires and even stood in the rain as we waited for Mother Nature to corporate. She truly was the glue holding everything together! She pulled off all of this during a major life transition of her own, which I found quite impressive.

    Great Help

    I am so glad I to have had Allie in my corner during my wedding planning, she was such a great help. My husband and I had a small budget to begin with and she was very hands on with helping find vendors to fit our style and budget. She is also very flexible throughout the process. We scheduled monthly calls and as I am not very well versed in this world she explains things very well. I enjoyed our conversations and always felt heard and at ease with any questions I had. Allie has various packages at affordable rates and cares for her clients. Even after the wedding Allie has reached out to check on us and help us settle some things post wedding.

    I would HIGHLY recommend Allie!

    I absolutely LOVED having Allie and her team be apart of our wedding day! She made everything so easy and stress free, leaving us with no worries. She was constantly in communication with my wife and I, making sure every detail was perfect. From communicating with our vendors, to setting up our timeline, to simply being a friend and our support system during this journey, Allie did an amazing job. We couldn’t have imagined anyone else being our coordinator!

    Very Highly Recommend Allie

    Allie was an expert guide for planning our wedding at the Sirata Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida. From the very beginning, her communication was prompt, transparent, and incredibly actionable. As a couple who had no idea where to even start with wedding planning, Allie guided us through the whole process and provided recommendations and guidance where we needed it. She always gave us a few vendor choices to pick from and explained her relationship with them and why they were a solid choice. This was absolutely critical since we were planning our wedding across the country and didn't know anyone at our destination. If we ever had any issues with a vendor, Allie would be very transparent and would go above and beyond to resolve those issues. For example, we had an issue with one of our vendors not delivering on their product. Allie informed us regarding what was going on and continued to work with all parties involved until the issues were resolved - her job didn’t just stop after the wedding day. Allie's experience, positive attitude, and ability to over-deliver on every aspect of our wedding planning made her essential. We are so grateful for Allie and highly recommend her to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding planning experience.

Yes!! We have extensive experience in a variety of events including rehearsal dinners, showers, bach parties, honeymoons, and more.
Depending on the package type, we leave it up to you! As little or as much as you want :)
