Why weddings? Why events? Well, love, of course. I am a hopeless romantic who has a knack for theatre and a love for organization. So....voila! Wedding planner. I am the stage manager to your special day and I do it because I absolutely love it. I love love. I love family time and the important connections that are the fabric of our very being and certainly our important life moments.
I am completely committed to you. I want to say "yes!" to every single thing (unless, of course, it's going to burn the venue down). I want your family and friends to consider me a go to, someone who brings peace to your day. It helps that I can be a lot of fun and you can often find me bopping or dancing around your wedding myself!

BEST COORDINATOR EVER
Kayla truly made our wedding everything I could have ever dreamed of. From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every possible way. In the months leading up to the wedding, she was constantly in communication with us, joined vendor phone calls, answered every question I had (no matter how small), and made sure every detail was organized and accounted for. She even provided a wedding website that allowed us to add guests, create a layout and see our vision come to life. On the wedding day itself, she completely took the stress off our shoulders. Setup and cleanup felt nonexistent for me, my husband, and our families because she handled everything so seamlessly. She made sure all of our vendors were prepared, on time, and exactly where they needed to be so the entire day flowed perfectly. Kayla is so much more than just a wedding planner or coordinator—she genuinely cares and puts her whole heart into what she does. I can truly say our day would have been what it was without her. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re considering hiring her, do it—you will be so glad you did!

Kayla is terrific
Kayla helped enormously in planning and organizing my daughter's bat mitzvah. I was feeling a bit over my head in planning the event. I probably started too late, and Kayla was able to find an excellent venue, connected me to photographers and DJ's, and calmed me down so that I could sleep at night. She also helped with the light lunch after the ceremony, the programs, and all the little stuff. She was terrific and I highly recommend.
