Why weddings? Why events? Well, love, of course. I am a hopeless romantic who has a knack for theatre and a love for organization. So....voila! Wedding planner. I am the stage manager to your special day and I do it because I absolutely love it. I love love. I love family time and the important connections that are the fabric of our very being and certainly our important life moments.
I am completely committed to you. I want to say "yes!" to every single thing (unless, of course, it's going to burn the venue down). I want your family and friends to consider me a go to, someone who brings peace to your day. It helps that I can be a lot of fun and you can often find me bopping or dancing around your wedding myself!

We are extremely grateful to have worked with Kayla for our wedding day! In addition to the skill and experience she brings to her work, Kayla is a great problem-solver, skillfully navigates the balance between vision and reality, and is creative and open to all ideas. We're thankful that she helped us navigate the challenges that come with working with tricky vendors and spaces, and she has great recommendations and connections in the field. At no point did we feel out of the loop, and she made us feel comfortable with handing off the final stages of planning and prep. During the day-of, Kayla was so on-top of things that we felt fully in-the-moment and never worried about timeline or what needed to happen next. Kayla is the best!
We hired Kayla as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding, and we were so happy that we did! From the beginning, Kayla was so responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. She had great connections with our other vendors, and did such a good job coordinating everyone. Having Kayla there, I really trusted that everything was going to go smoothly, which allowed me and my family to just sit back and relax and enjoy the day together. We worked with Kayla for day of wedding coordination. It was one of the best decisions we made when planning! Kayla is responsive, helpful, and a lovely person on top of that. She made our big day as smooth as possible and dedicated a lot of time up front to support us even though it was not the full wedding planning package. She goes above and beyond!
