The WPP Team is unlike any other wedding planning company in Upstate New York. Composed of a core group of four event planners, including the only in-house event designer in the area, WPP is able to care for their couples and bring their visions to reality from day one until the confetti hits the floor as the celebration ends. Add to that a talented group of dedicated event coordinators and Team WPP is able to build authentic event experiences and dazzle on wedding day like no one else can.

    We are so grateful for the help and planning from Eliza, Margette, Alissa and the entire WPP team for our wedding in June. We worked with WPP for the partial planning and day of coordination and are so happy to have had the team helping us plan and execute our wedding - it could not have been a more perfect day! We are two busy professionals who do not live in the area and to have a team that we could rely on to help us source vendors, bounce ideas off of, help talk us through our questions and handle the planning and coordination was so incredibly valuable to us and I can't imagine being able to pull off the wedding we wanted without them. They were always willing to schedule a call and kept us organized and on schedule throughout planning. I often said to them that I felt like I should have more on my plate, or more to do, but they reassured me that everything was progressing as planned - and they were right! The week of our wedding I was so relaxed knowing the team had everything taken care of and there was nothing to scramble to finish last minute. Our day flowed exactly as scheduled and it would not have been as perfect as it was without their support. We truly couldn't have done it without them!

    Wedding Planning Plus was an excellent choice for our wedding planning needs for our June 2025 wedding at the Equniox Resort in Manchester, VT. From the start, their communication style was direct, helpful, and calming, which was greatly appreciated as we planned our big day. The quality of their work and value they provided was outstanding - they were focused, supportive, and incredibly well-connected in the region, using their network of vendors to perfectly execute our wedding and beautifully and bringing our garden party tent reception vision to life. On the day of, Eliza ran the schedule effortlessly and her competence completely allowed my husband and I to be fully present. In particular, we appreciated the way that she approached us over the course of the wedding to check if we still wanted to do the next scheduled item, it gave us a sense of control over how we spent our time rather than feeling like we were manically running from task to task. So many of our friends and family have reported back that the wedding was the smoothest of the weddings they had attended this year, and its all thanks to WPP. We are so grateful for the incredible support Wedding Planning Plus provided and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

    We hired WPP & worked closely with Shannon to execute our dream wedding! We had already booked all of our vendors and only selected the package where we received her support the month of our wedding and throughout the day of our wedding. Leah assisted Shannon on our wedding day & together they made our day stress-free! Shannon was responsive, organized, understanding and super sweet! She communicated with all of our vendors for us which was a huge relief. We got married at The Promise Gardens and Shannon helped us navigate their policies with ease while honoring and supporting our dreams for our big day. We highly recommend WPP!

    We found WPP when we were looking for a partial planner for our wedding this past June. We can’t recommend WPP and Shannon enough. Shannon was EXTREMELY organized in a way that was not stressful or overwhelming for us – she strikes a perfect balance of making things feel extremely relaxed and calm for us, while being exceptionally organized and efficient on the back end. She helped with almost every aspect of our wedding, answered our many questions, and made sure to take care of many things that certainly would have fallen through the cracks without her. By the time our wedding day came, we had enough experience with Shannon to trust that she had all of the logistics completely under control. It allowed us to relax and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying whether things were getting done. On the day of, Shannon, Brianah, and Fabby were amazing. We also loved working with Margette on the design side of our wedding, which is a nice perk of working with WPP. Thank you Shannon and WPP!
