    Cermony and reception - scammer vishal

    We hired Royal Elite Events to plan our wedding and had a terrible experience from start to finish. After paying our first deposit, owner Vishal and his team became unresponsive for weeks leading up to our wedding day. When they finally showed up, the decorations were nothing like what was promised in our contract or shown in their pictures. The setup did not match what we had discussed and paid for, which really hurt the look and feel of our event. Their lack of communication and failure to deliver what they promised made our special day stressful and disappointing. I cannot recommend Royal Elite Events to other couples looking for a wedding planner.

    Do not recommend!! Scammers!!

    This is by far the most unprofessional vendor I have ever hired. We used them for our event and they are liars and scammers. We were promised to receive a copy of our photos and videos upon job completion. It has been almost 5 months and we are still waiting on this. The owner himself Vishal is a liar and will not keep his promises. The process of getting them to complete the job correctly was very stressful for my Fiance and I. There was so much miscommunication throughout their team that it ended up being more work for us than we expected. We should not have to get on multiple calls to correct your mistakes. We are still going back and forth with them on getting copies of our photo/video which we had signed a contract for. I highly recommend you go with another company.

    DO NOT HIRE!

    I'm so disappointed with the service we received from Royal Elite Events. Their communication was horrible - they would get our money and then completely ghost us. The quality of their work was terrible as well. They showed up late or not at all to our wedding events, ruining our special day. They delivered the wrong decor, left events completely undecorated, and even created unsafe conditions for our ceremony. They violated their contract with us and still owe us money. Royal Elite Events should not be trusted to handle any event, let alone a wedding. This company completely failed us and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Royal Elite Events primarily focuses on event décor & design. We transform venues with mandaps, floral arrangements, backdrops, lighting, and stage décor. However, we also collaborate with trusted vendors for catering, photography, entertainment, and more upon request.
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings and large receptions, and 2–3 months in advance for smaller events, to secure your preferred dates and designs. How ever we accept events on demand and season based you can reach us anytime even its before the day of event.
Absolutely! All our décor packages are customizable to match your theme, colors, and budget. Our team works closely with you to design a setup that reflects your style.
Yes! While we are based in the Tri-State area, we are happy to travel for destination weddings or events across the U.S. (Additional travel fees may apply.)
Yes, we do outdoor décor such as backyard setups, tents, cabanas, and garden mandaps. We also provide weather-friendly solutions, but recommend having a backup plan in case of unexpected weather.
