We create beautifully organized celebrations for couples who value thoughtful planning, refined aesthetics, meaningful details, and an exceptional guest experience.     JUST HIRE HER

    I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about our day-of wedding coordinator, Radeyah. I am so incredibly grateful for everything she did to help make our wedding day what it was. From the moment we hired Radeyah months before our wedding, she became so much more than a hired vendor. Throughout the planning process, communicating with her honestly felt like talking to a friend. She was warm, supportive, incredibly responsive, and always available by text whenever I had a question, concern, idea, or random thought. Radeyah took the time to understand us, our vision, and the details that mattered to us. I am extremely detail-oriented and put so much time and effort into planning our wedding, so being able to hand everything over to someone I trusted was a huge deal. By the time the wedding arrived, it felt like I was handing everything over to someone who had been alongside us throughout the process and genuinely cared about our day. One of the biggest ways Radeyah helped us was by making vendor communication and coordination SO much easier. She single-handedly made sure everyone was on the same page, coordinated timelines and logistics, followed up on details, and made sure every vendor knew what was expected and when. Instead of me acting as the middleman between multiple vendors, Radeyah took ownership of the process and kept everything connected. She also caught an issue with our DIY décor that we had not fully anticipated. She realized we did not have enough manpower to execute everything within the available setup time and brought it to our attention early enough to make a plan. She did not just point out the problem—she helped solve it. She recommended trusted setup and breakdown vendors, compared pricing, and helped us choose an option that protected our vision and prevented a major source of stress. That example perfectly describes how Radeyah worked: she was always several steps ahead. She thought of things before I did, asked questions I would not have known to ask, anticipated potential issues, and handled details before they became problems. Because of her, I was able to finally stop being the planner and simply be the bride. I did not spend our wedding day worrying about timelines, setup, vendors, or whether everything I had worked so hard on was being handled. I knew Radeyah had it covered. I was able to be present, enjoy my husband, our family and friends, and actually experience the day we had spent so long planning. Radeyah was organized, attentive, dependable, calm, proactive, and incredibly hardworking. What meant the most to me was the genuine care she put into our wedding. We never felt like just another event on her schedule. She cared about our experience, our vision, and making sure we could enjoy the result of all that planning. A great coordinator is not just someone who follows a timeline. It is someone who advocates for you, communicates for you, anticipates your needs, keeps every vendor working together, solves problems behind the scenes, and protects your ability to enjoy your wedding day. Radeyah did all of that for us and so much more. Radeyah, thank you for every text, phone call, bit of reassurance, and all of the time, care, organization, and hard work you poured into our wedding—not just on the wedding day, but throughout the months leading up to it. Hiring you was one of the best decisions we made. I truly could not have asked for a better person to have by our side.

    Amazing planner

    Radeyah is an amazing planner. I just fired my other planner due too many red flags from the planner. At first, I was nervous working with another planner because of the negative experience i had initially with my first planner. Lessons learned, you get what you pay for. Radeyah came in and was an absolute professional. She was ready to go and showed me with every step of the way her skills and amazing professionalism. She was very intentional and proactive which really put me at ease. My wedding was an amazing day and I am so grateful for her hard work and dedication working with us. Leading up to the wedding, Radeyah was always so easily accessible and able to connect to help answer any questions, concerns, and provide me with the answers or just a simple message for motivation. The day of the wedding she was on it and helped ease my anxious mind as well as helped keep us and all of the vendors on track for the day. Afterwards, all of our guests complimented us on the day and continue to talk about the event praising how beautiful and amazing the wedding was. I am so grateful that Radeyah made my wedding so special.

    AMAZING!!!

    We worked with RLC Events & Design starting in September and honestly, it made all the difference. From day one, she was responsive and easy to talk to, which kept us from stressing about the details. Radeyah created a detailed timeline that kept everything running smoothly, coordinated with all our vendors, and handled the decor setup beautifully. What really stood out was how well she knew our vision – it felt like she had been planning our wedding forever. On the actual day, Radeyah made sure everything happened exactly as planned and reminded us to just enjoy the moment.     Considerate, compassionate, and hardworking

    Working with my coordinator has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Throughout this entire process, there were so many unexpected challenges and mishaps, but she never once let me feel like I was facing them alone. She always had my back, stepped in whenever needed, and handled every situation with professionalism, grace, and genuine care. What meant the most to me is that she cared about me as a person, not just as a client. During one of the hardest seasons of my life, she took the time to encourage me, offer thoughtful advice, and remind me that my well-being mattered. That kind of support goes far beyond what you expect from a coordinator. She is organized, responsive, patient, and truly passionate about what she does. No matter what came our way, I knew I had someone in my corner who wanted the best outcome for me. I am so grateful for everything she has done and will absolutely continue using her for future events.     RLC was fantastic!!

    RLC Events & Design was the planner for a client's micro-wedding and Radeyah was amazing to work with! As a wedding photographer, my client's having a planner that has all moving aspects under control is so important.
