    Very experienced and great to work with!

    Great experience with On The Go Events!!! We were hesitant to use a coordinator (“Will this be worth the cost?”) and now that we are out the other side, we could never imagine doing our wedding without Donna. She’s very organized and helped us think through details we had not considered leading up the event. We did not use a wedding planner, so Donna really helped act as a good “check” to make sure we were thinking about the logistics correctly. She really helped us get all of the vendors in sync, and make sure everyone is working off the same timeline. Donna and her assistant took care of many “fire drills” on our wedding day, and they did such a good job that we did not even realize some of them happened (i.e. apparently there was an issue with our cake cutting, but had no idea until Donna told us later). As a bonus: On The Go Events had worked at our venue (Forest Lake Camp) before and knew the ins and outs. For example, the venue had very spotty cell signal, so she and her assistant knew to bring walkie-talkies to make sure they could communicate without issues. Another nice plus: Donna is very even-keeled and down-to-earth. Weddings are stressful, but our calls with Donna left us feeling more in control. You feel in very good hands since Donna has a ton of experience. Highly recommend

    On The Go Weddings & Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Donna was communicative, responsive, and always happy to help us with any questions or concerns we had. She team was reliable, eager to ensure our special day went smoothly, and provided great value for the services offered. When our greenery was looking a little short, she had a creative idea to fix it that looked beautiful. She also did an excellent job of keeping us on track with the timeline, even with all the speeches and dances we had planned.

    Donna is AMAZING!

    Hiring Donna to coordinate our wedding day was the best decision we made! We had our wedding at an estate and our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all located in different areas throughout the property. Donna made sure all phases of our day ran smoothly and things were set up beautifully. Her interactions with our wedding party and family/friends was great and she kept us all running on schedule. Through the last few months prior to wedding day, Donna helped us consider logistics that we would have never thought of and it made a huge difference in how the day panned out. If there were any hiccups (which are inevitable), we never knew about it! We are so grateful for all of her assistance, attention to detail, and organization. Thank you, Donna!

Yes, we can assist with the planning and management of any event!
We've planned and managed over 150 weddings and events! Although we are seasonal for the most part, we're busy spring through the end of the year!
Yes! After our consultation we will be able to determine if one planner/coordinator is enough or if we require additional staffing. Price determined on how many staff members are needed. It's not a problem to add on if we need to as we move through process. We also have additional staff like bartenders, wedding coordinators, catering staff, and a photo booth operator.

Our package rate includes unlimited calls, emailed, and text messages. We'll schedule regular meetings and be present on your final walk through with the venue to discuss layout and go through the wedding day specifics. We will arrive a couple hours before your wedding ceremony and be with you the entire day!
We have fully qualified professional wedding coordinators that can step in if that were to happen. This is one of the reasons we're organized, detail oriented and provide a day of timeline. It's smart to have a back up plan, but rest assured we are fully committed to you and your wedding day!
Yes, we are fully insured!
Yes, we are tied into the local community and work with reputable vendors that we are happy to refer to you. We do not accept "kickbacks" or paid referrals. We recommend trusted people that we work with regularly. Although you pick and choose your team that's best for your needs we're happy to help or be a part of the process. We like to get copies of all of your vendor contracts so we fully understand their commitment, responsibility and time of arrival and departure.
We plan to be at your rehearsal unless we have a previous commitment or if it's a small wedding with no wedding party, but that will be discussed during the initial consultation call. Since we typically assist with ceremony coordination it makes sense for us to be present at the rehearsal.
