    Hiring DeAnne was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she was an absolute dream, gentle when we had to make tough decisions, affirming when we finally made them, and endlessly supportive throughout, in what is a very stressful process. I have a background in event planning, and my husband (love him) was a little clueless and had a hard time with a lot of the design decisions. She was so patient and did a great job of explaining things in a way that made sense to him! She was able to transform Picnic House in Prospect Park into a beautiful and romantic venue that we had never imagined, and our guests are still raving about the details. Behind the scenes, she handled everything so seamlessly that we were able to enjoy every moment of our day without worry. Dear September brought so much heart to the process, as she found us vendors that completely matched our vibe. She truly understood my vision and brought it to life in a way that I could have never imagined —I still can't believe that was my wedding! Even with some bad weather, she brought quick fixes and made everything seamless. We are endlessly grateful and cannot recommend her enough. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your planner, your wedding will be in the very best hands. Couldn't recommend more!

    Hiring DeAnne and Dear September Events was the best wedding planning decision we made. She went above and beyond to select individualized vendors that fit our vision. She was very communicative and available and answered any questions we had. She worked with our vendors and ensured we were not stressed during planning. Our wedding was so beautiful, I am so grateful for DeAnne’s creativity and vision.

    The week before the wedding, multiple friends and family were so surprised that me and my now husband looked everything but stressed! We were so calm and just ready to marry each other. I wholeheartedly contribute all of that to DSE. From the beginning of the wedding planning process to the very end, DSE was there to guide us so that when wedding week came, all we had to do was show up. On wedding day all I had to do was prep and get ready. DSE organized the entire day, and to my knowledge, there were absolutely no hiccups. I truly can't thank DSE enough for helping my wedding come to life and making the best day of my life as seamless as possible.

She was consistently responsive, available, and genuinely happy to help. Wedding planning can be so overwhelming, but DeAnne and her team made it not only manageable but so fun!
