About WedWell
WedWell
I'm Claire. I opened WedWell in 2014 after I had a terrible experience with the planner for my wedding (which is why I aim for a low stress, high fun planning environment). With over a decade of experience in events, it was time that I started helping couples through the wedding planning process. I love all things weddings: the couples, the venues, the uniqueness, the love, the families, the vows, the toasts, the dancing, the photo booths, the cake (well, any dessert really). I love working with all couples because I truly believe love is love. So let's get started!
Before WedWell...I went to Villanova University (Go Nova!) and received a degree in Psychology. Then I attended New York University, where I received my Master's degree in Counseling - which comes in handy during wedding planning! Beyond that, I feel like I have a unique attitude toward planning. I want to be highly organized - down to the tiniest detail - but then I carry a laid back demeanor into the day so everyone can simply enjoy themselves - vendors, couples, and guests!

| Description | With full service planning, we help with the whole planning process from venue selection to when the last guest leaves at the end of your wedding - and everything in between. | We consider partial planning "bookends" or "everything but the venue" full service planning. For some, we help find the venue and provide month-of coordination. For others, we help find the vendors and keep the couple on track through the end of the wedding day. We meet regularly and you'll get regular email support. | You can hire us for a "check-in consulting" session starting at $160 - a one-time two hour conversation about your wedding. Or you can pick and choose the planning support you need and we'll put together a custom proposal. This is a very "choose your own adventure" option. | With "day-of" coordination, you'll get basic email support from the date of hire. Then, full service coordination kicks in about eight-weeks out from your wedding day, which includes two consulting sessions, timeline creation/management, final confirmations, and day-of setup and coordination. |

The best there ever was
From the moment we first met with Claire from WedWell, we knew we were in great hands. She was proactive in her communication, always responding to our questions and concerns in a timely and detailed manner. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were truly impressive - Claire helped us create a seamless, thoughtful wedding day that exceeded our expectations. She expertly balanced the wishes of both our families to craft a celebration that felt uniquely our own. On the day of, Claire's calming presence and flawless execution allowed us to fully enjoy the moment without worrying about a single detail. I would highly recommend WedWell's full-service planning to any couple looking to have a truly special and stress-free wedding day. Claire is simply the best in the business.

Claire was the best wedding planner we could hope for. She was with us every step of the way, from looking at venues to the very end of big day. She was very friendly, very meticulous, and did a great job keeping us on schedule during every part of the process, from booking the venue, to picking out a cake caterer, to doing a rehearsal schedule the day before. We never felt overwhelmed as she laid out everything we needed to do in detailed spreadsheets. She helped us schedule visits with wedding venues and coordinated calls with all of our vendors. She had a great list of recommendations for catering, photography, a photobooth, a DJ, and everything in between. We always felt like we were in the best of hands and that everything was under control. Claire did a great job coordinating with all of the different the points of contact for each vendor so we didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying our day. Whenever we had a question for a vendor she would make sure that the right person was asked and could answer it. She even joined most of the calls we had with our vendors to make sure we got all the information we needed. She also was very encouraging about ideas we had for making our wedding unique and showing off our personality. When we decided to use pez dispensers as escort cards for each guest, she was super excited and made sure we had everything we needed to execute our vision. She was able to turn our ideas into a reality that wowed us! When it got closer to the wedding she made sure that we had a finalized schedule that we could go over and ensured all the vendors and speakers were on the same page. The day of the wedding was absolutely wonderful! She made sure that everything was running smoothly and that we knew where to go. She made sure that we got some quiet moments with each other to take it all in. Thanks to her we had such a magical evening. The day after she put together a highlight reel on instagram that we’ve watched about 2000 times - we are seriously obsessed with it! Overall she made sure we had the best wedding possible and one of the best most special days of our lives. We would highly recommend working with Claire! She will ensure an amazing and smooth event with special memories to cherish forever.
Claire was AMAZING
Where to even start when praising all of the hard work and time Claire at WedWell put in for our wedding?! We had seen all of the great reviews prior to bringing Claire on board for our wedding and we can now confirm (2 weeks out from our big day), the rumors are all true. Claire was incredibly thorough and organized prior to our event and she was quick and covered all of the bases on the actual day. We even had a slight mishap with one of our vendors during the wedding and we actually didn’t even notice until Claire informed us the following day. That goes to show how smoothly Claire runs the show on the day of the wedding. We hired Claire for her day of coordination service and it was really nice that she jumps into planning a month out so she can get to know the couple and really understand the vision you want to bring to life. She’s realistic about what is possible and also incredibly helpful in helping you achieve everything you’re imagining. We are so thankful for WedWell for helping us have the most perfect wedding we could’ve dreamed of. Thank you Claire!
