I turned to weddings as a way to put my skills to work for couples to memorialize their special day. I started out shooting intimate ceremonies on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, and have since expanded to weddings of all sizes on the East Coast.

Hi! I’m Ashley Marinelli, a professional dancer who originally started making films after performing in movies and music videos. My father always encouraged me to pursue my passion for film, and when he passed in 2014, I started Marinelli Moving Pictures, a video production company with his name (and mine) on the masthead. A decade later, what started as a side jobs between dance gigs has turned into a full fledged business. Turns out I'm even happier behind the camera than in front of it!
