I started Mariafilms to give a name and materialize my passion for filmmaking and storytelling. I started doing weddings after understanding how much I loved working with people and portraying feelings and emotions through the lens. My work is an extension of myself and my love for life and all its beautiful moments!

As a solo videographer, I am looking for small/medium celebrations for couples that don't want anything too intrusive, or simply have a tight budget to work around! As a storyteller, my style is detail-oriented, human and emotion-driven. I love to mix mediums, like digital and analog, so if this is something that you would be interested - like a short, Super 8 and digital film of your day - I would absolutely love to do it!

I had the privilege of attending a wedding in which Maria was the videographer, and I was genuinely blown away by her talent and professionalism. She bought such a warm presence, instantly building a rapport with the guests. This allowed everyone to feel comfortable in front of the camera which, for many, can be a challenge.
