Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. Had a wonderful experience working with April from Gratzie Novia—she went above and beyond the morning of my wedding. My husband and I opted for an intimate courthouse ceremony instead of a big traditional wedding, but I knew I’d still need help getting ready and handling last-minute details. I struggled to find someone who could accommodate our specific needs until I discovered Gratzie’s Bridal Attendant Morning-of Services—the perfect middle ground for those who don’t need a full-blown coordinator but still want day-of support. April arrived with a fully stocked kit of wedding-day essentials, helped pin my dress, and even showed my mother how to securely attach and remove my veil. I did my own hair and makeup, but she offered to do touch-ups—what a score to find someone who was once a bridal hair and makeup artist! Having her there made all the difference, and I can’t recommend her and her company enough for any bride who wants extra support without the commitment of a full coordination package.

My fiancé is a surgical resident meaning much of the planning was left to me (the groom) and Lee. Lee managed all of the personalities in our wedding party, family, and venue masterfully. We continue to receive compliments days and weeks after about our wedding and the level of organization that made our day flow so well. She was a true joy to work with and all of our other vendors shared that she was one of the best planners they had ever worked with. When we hired Lee, we did not think we needed a full planner, but she more than demonstrated her ability in one of Manhattan’s premier venues. Lee offered other value add services and guidance to making our wedding weekend the perfect one. Her team of bridal attendants and assistants were incredible on Wedding day. Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. We didn't think we needed wedding coordinators because we weren't planning a big, elaborate wedding. We wanted something small and meaningful—an intimate celebration with about 60 - 70 close family and friends —and figured we could handle most of the planning ourselves. We chose a restaurant, sent out invitations, and thought we had things under control. But our thinking shifted once we started considering the logistics of the actual day—including seemingly simple things like how to arrange chairs for the ceremony. Friends and family offered to help, but we wanted them to enjoy the event as guests, not worry about the details. After speaking with Ingrid and Gloria and reviewing their very reasonable proposal, we felt good about bringing them on. Over the next two months, they kept us organized, offered thoughtful and constructive suggestions, and were a steady source of calm and encouragement. They listened earnestly to what we wanted and helped bring it to life in a way that felt both personal and polished. We also really appreciated their help communicating and coordinating with vendors, including the restaurant, our photographer, and our musician. It took a lot of pressure off our shoulders and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands. What we've come to realize is that the best work of wedding coordinators is often invisible to guests—but when it's done well, the event flows effortlessly and feels just right. That's exactly what Ingrid and Gloria made possible for us, and we're so grateful.

Kristen at Élevé Events truly made our wedding day stress free and allowed us to focus on enjoying every moment. Kristen was organized, professional, and had a careful attention to detail. Her thoughtfulness, guidance, and advice based on years of experience in the industry to made tough decisions easy. Kristen’s communication was excellent and she went above and beyond in every way. She asked questions we didn’t know to ask at our final venue meeting and even reorganized the venue’s timeline to improve the flow. We even received beautiful pictures she took throughout the day so we could relive our amazing day before the photographer pictures came back. We weren’t originally going to hire a wedding coordinator but we both agree working with Kristen was the best wedding planning decision we made!

I used Sparrows Daughter to coordinate and plan the entirety of my bachelorette weekend - this was 17 girls flying from across the country to Palm Beach and it went off perfectly!! MaryLouise was hands on the whole weekend but started working on the events month before. Flights were coordinated, arrival times synced, a full weekend of activities scheduled. MaryLouise worked with multiple vendors, including boat rentals, yoga studios, local busses and restaurants and the weekend went off without a hitch. She also worked with a local designers to create perfect welcome workout sets that everyone loved, and negotiated a great group rate. She was extremely accommodating and I feel like really listened and understood the ethos of what I wanted the weekend to be. I willllll be using her again for my next birthday!!!
