We made things more difficult for ourselves by "breaking the script" (hiring a DIY venue and 2 food trucks to supply the dinner) but Laurie and Lina helped us navigate it all. They were the perfect buffers when it came to unresponsive or uncooperative vendors. On the day of the wedding, we got SO many compliments about how nice our planners are and how beautiful everything was. Towards the end of the planning process we were messaging Laurie almost every day and she always had the best attitude and sense of humor! “Hiring Natalie as our DOC was truly the BEST decision we made for our wedding! As a super type-A bride, I felt confident handling the planning myself, but I knew having a DOC would be helpful for executing everything on the actual day of. Angie is beyond generous with her time. Our weekly meetings, scheduled for an hour, often extended to two, and not once did she make us feel rushed. Then, she took everything to the next level, suggesting creative touches we’d never have thought of, like turning our seating chart into a map of NYC with table names for different neighborhoods! One of the biggest reliefs was having Angie coordinate directly with all of our vendors. She worked with everyone—our venue (Tavern on the Green), rehearsal dinner and brunch venues, hotel, hair and makeup teams, band, photographer, and baker—meaning we didn’t have to manage any of that ourselves. She even managed our payment schedule, which was such a huge help. Angie was always full of great ideas, and she didn’t just come up with them—she would go ahead and make them happen! From printing all of our signage to supplying candles, photo frames, and even ring boxes, she has everything you need. Her calm, empathetic nature and fantastic listening skills made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. “We are so lucky to have had Jinsely Ariza as our wedding coordinator. From the start she was warm, kind, and a joy to work with. In the time leading up to the wedding, she made us feel at ease by thoroughly going over all the important details she would need to cover on the day of, including a venue walkthrough and planning with our local vendors (we live in a different city from where the wedding was so this was especially helpful!). On the actual wedding day, she executed everything with poise and flexibility, and doing it behind the scenes so that we could relax and enjoy our day. She even jumped in to help with unexpected tasks, like thoughtfully providing the bride a personal fan for the heat, helping bustle an unruly gown, and assisting with getting to the bathroom. She worked really well alongside our photographer, corralling people for photos and even jumping in to help with some dynamic veil shots. We especially appreciated her help coordinating all of the moving pieces and items– cultural traditional props for our ceremony, cards and guestbook, party favor takeaways, all while handling the vendors very well. Everything happened on time and without error (e.g. ceremony timing, dance floor opening up, cake being brought out at the end of the night) thanks to her hard work. Jinsely is super respectful, responsive, and remarkably organized. She has a very open, can-do attitude and just brought great energy to our wedding-team; she was part of the reason we felt like we had a wedding day dream team! We absolutely loved working with her. We can’t recommend Jinsely enough!”

“Working with Brittany was lovely! I was a 2025 bride who had to plan her entire wedding in three months (I know!) While my husband and I were able to handle most of the planning, we needed more professional assistance in making sure our vision would be executed. We also had a tight budget and weren't sure our vision would reasonably align with our budget...or if we could even afford to bring on a wedding coordinator. After meeting with Brittany, she took all my concerns into consideration and made me realize that one way or another, I would have my wedding! “Deanna was present at every vendor call and knew every question to ask! Her professionalism paired with her kindness and deep understanding of what we were going through made us feel so secure and at ease (even when a hurricane hit during our family photos!) She kept me calm not only during the planning process, but was such a grounding force on the day of. She kept all of us (including the venue and their staff) organized and on schedule. She made my family feel special and at ease as well, knowing what to do and who to talk to every step of the way. She was the fixer of the day and night and never let my husband or I worry.
