We love culture and religion, merging cultures our expertise. Embracing your individual love story is our thang. Bringing your personalities to light with unique details, incorporating music and great food is our forte. We aren’t into breaking the piggy bank. We work with mid-size budgets and up.     Belinda - Wedding Planner Extraordinaire

    Belinda was an absolute godsend throughout my wedding planning journey. From the very start, her organization and the tools she provided made everything so much easier. Her communication was not only consistent but also very honest, always aligning with my vision and preferences. What truly stood out was Belinda's creativity. She didn't just execute my ideas, she enhanced them with her recommendations and unique touches that perfectly complemented my vision. Whether it was deciding on decor themes or finalizing intricate details like invitations, dinner menus and signage, Belinda was there every step of the way, offering invaluable advice as a DIY bride. Her expertise extended beyond just planning. Belinda was instrumental in addressing my vendor concerns. She provided insightful pointers and ensured seamless coordination among all parties involved, which alleviated so much stress. On the day of the wedding, Belinda and her assistant Vivian were nothing short of amazing! They were organized, keeping everything on track and handling situations with grace. In fact, there were moments I didn't even realize there was an issue until they had already resolved it! Their guidance throughout the night was invaluable, ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. Belinda's dedication to my wedding was commendable, making you feel as if you are the only client she has. She was transparent with her opinions and helped me make informed decisions that ultimately saved me from stressful moments. Trust me, you need her in your life! Fit her into your budget!! You know it’s serious when the groom can’t stop raving about her and says that he understood why I needed her. I cannot recommend Belinda highly enough, she turned what could have been a stressful experience into a joyous and memorable occasion. She even checked in with us the next day and after the honeymoon! I don’t know if it’s wedding blues or maybe it’s just that I miss you lol But either way thank you, Belinda, for everything you did to make our wedding day absolutely magical!

    Day of coordination

    I loved working with Belinda and Sarah!!! No doubt that without Belinda and the Sovereign Bee team our wedding day would not have gone as smoothly as it did. The moment Belinda walked in I knew I could relax!! The team handled everything seamlessly and professionally, Belinda’s attention to detail and energy is unmatched!! Sarah was absolutely wonderful, she made me as the bride feel calm and handled all the dynamics of the day, all I can say is….can we all be besties?! Highly recommend Belinda and the Sovereign Bee team… 5’s across the board

    Chinese-Ecuadorian Brooklyn Wedding

    My wedding was this past weekend and I was fortunate to have Jenn and Vivian by my side. I am deeply indebted to these two people for how well they managed all of the issues that came up. Vivian arrived at my salon and guided me throughout every portion of my morning, all while Jenn was handling the setup at the venue. They kept communicating ensuring our vision was carried out. Several things came up with my decorator and DJ, but they made me feel calm while they handled the situation. Vivian and Jenn were a Godsend, and I will forever speak praises for all they did for us. I HIGHLY recommend working with the team at Sovereign Bee, they will work to make your day beautiful.

    Sovereign Bee is a God send!

    Belinda and her team were an absolute dream to work with! Her expertise, attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs I didn't even know I had and the amazing, supportive energy throughout the day gave my husband and I the ability to enjoy the entire experience. We literally never worried about a single thing. Belinda advocated for us, made our families love her and went above and beyond to not only execute, but elevate all of our plans. She even captured a ton of behind the scenes content that we're so grateful to be able to look back on! The day just couldn't have happened without her and hiring Sovereign Bee was the best decision we made.

    Belinda is phenomenal!

    We cannot recommend Sovereign Bee enough! Belinda did a remarkable job for my son's wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden! We had just over 6 months to plan the whole thing, during which time the bride and groom along with my family were all going to be out of the country for a month. Planning this wedding was my responsibility as the MOG and I really knew nothing about the wedding process. When we interviewed Belinda, we told her we needed help finding quality vendors (we only had a venue - nothing else) and her assistance managing the process. Belinda suggested outstanding choices of vendors, any of which would have been perfect. We chose the ones that worked best with the bride and groom with her on-point advice. She was able to help me as I managed invitations, contracts, seating etc. and was always able to give me excellent guidance and reassurance. As the date neared, Belinda created a detailed timeline to the minute for the entire event, starting with the rehearsal and dinner the night before (she also helped me find a caterer for that). On the day of, she was there and had a full court press of team members starting with two during the bridal party prep at 630 a.m. and growing to 4 as we moved to the venue for the ceremony and celebration. She and her team were visible and available the entire event until we got ready to leave. She had told us don't stress about anything that day as she would handle any problems, keep things moving along and make sure we all had a fabulous celebration. She kept that promise!! I highly recommend her without any reservation!
