Hello beautiful! My name is Natalie Padovano and I’m a wedding and event coordinator with years of experience of planning special moments. I pride myself on creating a personal relationship with each client in order to make their event as unique and special as they are. My goal as your planner is to ensure that weeks leading up to your event is exciting and fun! Wedding planning does not have to be stressful when you have the right team of vendors by your side that have your best interest at heart.     The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding

    I am beyond grateful to my wedding coordinator, Natalie. “Thank you” doesn’t even begin to capture how much she helped make our wedding day perfect. She was my right hand throughout the entire planning process, and on the day of the wedding, she took care of absolutely everything, seamlessly, professionally, and with such kindness. Natalie made sure everything ran smoothly and made the day stress-free and truly magical. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, do it and hire Natalie! She is truly the best and will make your day unforgettable.

    #1 Best Decision

    One of the best decisions we made for the wedding was hiring Lace and Rose Events! When my now husband and I started the wedding planning process, we where completely overwhelmed with where to start. Once we decided to move forward with Lace and Rose, Natalie immediately swooped in and set up regular meetings with us to break down the process step by step. On the day of the wedding, Natalie and Johanna ran the show. From making sure our group stuck to the schedule, to tracking inventory, to even checking that I had extra lip gloss - everything was just so seamless and really allowed us to enjoy the day fully. If you are thinking about hiring a day of coordinator or planner, run (don't walk) and choose Lace and Rose Events! You will not regret it! :)

    Words cannot describe how amazing Natalie and Johanna are. From the moment I had my first call with Natalie I knew I needed to work with her for our wedding. She is not only so kind, friendly and caring but extremely detail oriented, organized and made the entire wedding planning process SO easy. On my wedding day I woke up feeling excited but overwhelmed and the second I saw Natalie’s face that all went away and I didn’t have to think twice about anything the day of. Her and Johanna took care of everything I needed and made my wedding day the best day of my life. 10/10 love Lace and Rose Events!!!️️️

    Natalie is the BEST!!!

    Hiring Natalie as our DOC was truly the BEST decision we made for our wedding! As a super type-A bride, I felt confident handling the planning myself, but I knew having a DOC would be helpful for executing everything on the actual day of. What I didn’t realize was just how stressful wedding planning would get in the last few months, and what a blessing it was to have Natalie there to help us along the way! She built our timeline, helped us keep track of every item we needed to bring to the venue, and reminded us of countless little details we would have otherwise forgotten. She even attended our final walkthrough at the venue to go over logistics with our maitre’d and ensure everyone was on the same page. On the wedding day, I was truly able to shut off my brain and be fully present while Natalie handled everything. She kept our schedule on track, communicated with all our vendors, led our ceremony rehearsal, and was by our side whenever we needed her—part coordinator, part therapist, part hype woman, and genuinely a friend. We honestly can’t imagine the day without her! On top of all that, she designed & built our seating chart, welcome sign & bar signs, and she KILLED it!! If we could give her a million stars, we would! If you want your day to feel effortless and you want to spend your time enjoying your wedding instead of stressing - let this be your sign to hire Lace and Rose Events!!

    Highly recommend Lace and Rose Events !

    Natalie and her team were exceptional!!!! Her attention to detail and ability to flush out our vision was incredible. She was very organized and patient with us as we navigated through the checklists, the questions, and all the things we didn’t even realize we needed to figure out! We were very overwhelmed until we found Natalie (she was my sister’s wedding coordinator too and came highly recommended!). Natalie was very reasonably priced and was worth EVERY penny. She even traveled in for our rehearsal dinner. As a bride who really didn’t have many things planned or thought out, Natalie really helped pull it all together. Her and Johanna were exceptional at our wedding and helped coordinate all the vendors, prep the details for the photographers, ensure prompt shuttles etc. You name it Natalie thought of it and got it done! 10000%recommend Lace and Rose Events and Natalie and her team for your wedding!
