Hello beautiful! My name is Natalie Padovano and I’m a wedding and event coordinator with years of experience of planning special moments. I pride myself on creating a personal relationship with each client in order to make their event as unique and special as they are. My goal as your planner is to ensure that weeks leading up to your event is exciting and fun! Wedding planning does not have to be stressful when you have the right team of vendors by your side that have your best interest at heart.     Made Our Wedding Day Perfect

    Natalie and her team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Natalie was so supportive, responsive, organized, and kind. She was always there to answer our questions and offer guidance. On both our rehearsal day and wedding day, Natalie and her team truly went above and beyond. They handled every detail, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure Daniel and I could be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Their care, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of, and we truly don't think it would have been as joyful or seamless without Natalie and her amazing team. We are so grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special!

    We are so glad we hired Natalie and Lace and Rose for our wedding. We worked with Natalie for both design help leading up to the wedding and month-of coordination, and both she and her staff were amazing. Our wedding at Liberty House in Jersey City had a lot of moving pieces - two ceremonies, a mixed Indian wedding, multiple vendors, and then rain on the actual day. In the months leading up to the wedding, Natalie was incredibly patient, responsive, and organized. She answered all of our questions, kept us on track, and made a process that felt really overwhelming feel manageable. On the wedding day itself, she and her team handled everything so calmly and smoothly. I genuinely did not hear a single thing from any vendor, which is probably the biggest compliment I can give. Natalie was clearly on top of every detail behind the scenes. She was a lifesaver during every part of the day - including when my bustle broke and she fixed it with a mini-stitch gun in 30 seconds flat! We are so grateful to Natalie for everything she did to make both the planning process and the wedding day run so smoothly. We would STRONGLY recommend Lace and Rose to anyone looking for a planner.

    The best wedding coordinator in Bergen County!

    Working with Natalie was an absolute pleasure in December 2025! We chose the month of coordination package. Her team’s organized structure of wedding planning was incredibly detailed for any Type A brides (honestly we wish we had her to organize our entire life lol). We felt very safe working with her team on our big day as they were very flexible with our needs. She knew how to properly corral large groups of family members to ensure they were in their proper positions for the ceremony. She is also well-versed in Filipino weddings and worked through the cultural traditions with ease. The day happened exactly as planned! If there was a problem, we were not even aware of it because her team resolved it on their own. Lace and Rose is definitely worth the investment especially if you come from a big family with big personalities.

    The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding

She was my right hand throughout the entire planning process, and on the day of the wedding, she took care of absolutely everything, seamlessly, professionally, and with such kindness.
