I'm a romantic at heart. I've ready every Emily Henry novel, and I've also been in over 30 weddings before I was 30. My goal is to create a path for my couples to enjoy the planning process and get to know each other better in the midst of an often hectic season. I'm so grateful to have had so many beautiful love stories cross my path already and I can only hope that I get to witness and help many more!

My goal is to create as little stress as possible for the the couples I work with. I like to meet with couples, hear their love story, and prioritize what they want for their special day! I want my couples to come away feeling like they could remember every candid moment at their wedding because they were present and built up their relationship during the engagement season. I love getting to know my couple's families, their likes and dislikes, and build a vendor team around their personalities so that they feel supported throughout the planning process.

    Devon was an absolute lifesaver as our wedding day coordinator. We honestly couldn't have pulled off our day — let alone actually enjoyed it — without her. She handled all the day-of minutiae, coordination, and setup details so seamlessly that we never had to think twice about any of it. What stood out most was how present we were able to be on our wedding day. Devon took care of everything behind the scenes so we could just soak in the moment with our family and friends. She was attentive, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went right for us. If you want a coordinator who lets you actually be in your wedding day instead of managing it, Devon is who you want. Highly, highly recommend!

    We had the most wonderful wedding day at Ainslie, and so much of that is thanks to our incredible coordinator. Despite the heat, everything went seamlessly — from the getting-ready schedule (hair, makeup, photos outside) to the moment we walked into the venue, we felt completely taken care of. The day-of coordination was exceptional. She picked up our decor, kept us informed when vendors were arriving, made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout — the kind of thoughtful details that make a real difference when you're in the middle of the most exciting day of your life. The schedule she built gave us structure without feeling rigid, which meant we could actually be present and enjoy every moment. We were in great hands from start to finish, and highly recommend Devon for coordinating your wedding!

    WOW!! If I could give 10 stars I would, I can't say enough good things about Devon, she really made my wedding dreams come true and was so easy to work with!! I gave her my vision and she executed it, not missing a beat. She was easy going with my family and guests and was able to handle anything and everything that came her way. Will 100% be recommending her to all my future bride friends!!

    Devon is phenomenal!

    Working with Devon was such a breeze! From our very first interaction, their communication style was easy, breezy and incredibly positive. They were extremely coordinated and always on time, ensuring we were right where we needed to be throughout the entire day. Their attention to detail and organization was truly impressive - they had everything running like a well-oiled machine. The quality of their work and the value they provided was excellent. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, thanks to the incredible efforts of the Devon. They did an amazing job and we are so grateful for their expertise!

    We love Devon!

    Devon was our coordinator and she is an absolute joy and blessing to work with. We met her at an event she was hosting and hired her based off VIBES (and reviews!) She handled the nitty gritty on the day and solved "problems" we had no idea even happened. Our planning process and wedding day were made so much easier and more joyful because of Devon. Hi! Devon here, when you book full planning services with me, you are working with me! I am the one behind the business, and the full planner here. I do have assistant's who will come with me to weddings if I deem it necessary but you will never work with someone else on the day of your wedding unless its explicitly stated before signing any contracts.
Great Question! I do my best to plan sicknesses away from weddings (jk no one can plan for these), but in the event that I am sick enough to not show up on your wedding day, or if there are any unforseen emergencies, I have an assistant head planner who is available to step if absolutely necessary. I take great care to develop strategic planning that my assistant head planner can follow so that no hiccups or delays, due to my illness or emergency, happen in the wedding planning process.
Wedding season can take on a lot of different forms, and some weekends are VERY popular for weddings between NYC and CA. My preference is to only do one wedding a weekend, however, if a couple wants to work with me and I already have a booking that weekend I make it abundantly clear that I have a wedding already that weekend and if they're okay with that I will do two weddings a weekend. I DO NOT, take on multiple weddings a day, I will never double book a wedding on the same day. The day of the weding is reserved for my couple as soon as a contract is signed.
I LOVE tailoring my weddings to each couple individually. I love being able to hear a couple's love story, find out what makes them unique, what kinds of things they like and dislike and building a day that is entirely devoted to their love story. I think my specialty lies in dreaming big with my couples and finding the best team of vendors to help accomplish their vision. I love building vendor teams that I know will work to create the perfect day for my couple. I can't wait to dream big with you all!
