There was some confusion around the process of actually getting assigned a day-of coordinator due to lack of communication, which added some stress around the 3-week mark. Once we had that sorted out and we were actually paired with our coordinator, everything went super smoothly and we were extremely happy with the service we received. We were on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator and ultimately it was the best decision we could've made. Kumbah was incredible and our wedding would've been a wreck without her!

Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I'd recommend Start Rose Creations to family and friends for any event.

Then I met Natalie during my SIL’s wedding when my bridesmaid dress was mistakenly not hemmed. Natalie, like a super hero, came through with a no big deal mentality. She quick stitched it right up (5 inches) and I knew right then, that I needed to draft her on our amazing vendor list! Leading up to our wedding we had virtual meetings monthly. Working with Angie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband, mom, and I often talked about how incredible she was and how we couldn’t believe we thought we could plan the wedding without her! We started planning on our own for the first year and then brought Angie on for the final three months—it was completely worth the investment (in hindsight, I wish we had hired her sooner). Angie is beyond generous with her time. Our weekly meetings, scheduled for an hour, often extended to two, and not once did she make us feel rushed. Her entire approach is so thoughtful—she took the time to really get to know us and our families, and she truly understood our vibe. Then, she took everything to the next level, suggesting creative touches we’d never have thought of, like turning our seating chart into a map of NYC with table names for different neighborhoods! One of the biggest reliefs was having Angie coordinate directly with all of our vendors. She worked with everyone—our venue (Tavern on the Green), rehearsal dinner and brunch venues, hotel, hair and makeup teams, band, photographer, and baker—meaning we didn’t have to manage any of that ourselves. She even managed our payment schedule, which was such a huge help. Angie was always full of great ideas, and she didn’t just come up with them—she would go ahead and make them happen! From printing all of our signage to supplying candles, photo frames, and even ring boxes, she has everything you need. Her calm, empathetic nature and fantastic listening skills made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Honestly, we were so sad when the wedding ended because it meant no more weekly calls with Angie! If you’re even considering working with her, I cannot recommend her enough—she is a true gem!

Working with Jamie was truly better than I could have imagined! She was our day-of coordinator for our September 2025 wedding, but truly, she was there for us with support and planning from Day 1. Above all, I appreciated her organizational skills, positive and sweet personality, and undeniable talent. Jamie was always there through the process to answer my "silly" questions when I felt overwhelmed with the planning. Whenever we fell back into our old habits of serving and executing tasks ourselves, the staff stepped in effortlessly, friendly and confident. As a busy couple with two young kids, it was a sigh of relief to see the sink clean and trays packed up so neatly at the end of the night. We will absolutely be hiring Party Professionals again for our future events - their dedication to making our special day perfect was unmatched.

I LOVED working with Beth leading up to my wedding, but she truly transformed into a superhero on the day of. She kept us AHEAD of schedule, was on point with decorations even though I had no idea, helped out with chaotic photo sessions, kept me calm and swiftly packed up everything at the end of the night. If you are debating on whether or not to hire a wedding planner, just do it and work with Brittany. Brittany was our day of coordinator but she was more like a month of coordinator. We met at the venue a few weeks before the wedding to talk about logistics. Leading up to the event, she helped with getting my contracts from the vendors to the venue. She coordinated with hair and makeup and photography to make a schedule and keep us on track the day of. On our wedding day, she saved the day several times. I may have told my husband that he should leave the hotel to head to the venue at 4:15pm, the same time my bridesmaids and I were leaving (oops!). Brittany made sure that we didn’t bump into each other in the lobby. We ordered 2 uber black cars but only one showed and Brittany was there to help with transportation of the wedding party from the hotel to the venue. My florist fell short and did not put flowers on the cake as discussed. Britanny jumped in and did an impromptu cake decoration. Any stress I may have experienced was fleeting as Brittany was there to fix all things immediately. As our day of coordinator, she was truly an asset to our day. My only regret is that I didn’t have a wedding planner and that it wasn’t Brittany

Hiring Victoria was the absolute best money we have ever spent. To say she was INCREDIBLE is an understatement... she went above and beyond in every possible way, and she is the number one reason that our wedding day was a success. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Victoria was very communicative and made sure that were as ready and organized as possible.. she truly thought of EVERYTHING, including things that never even crossed my mind (and I thought I was very prepared). The morning of the wedding, she checked in with my MOH to make sure that hair and makeup had started on time. When hair and makeup ran late, she was an absolute lifesaver and figured out a way for us to stay on track with our timeline for the rest of the day. Throughout the entire day, she was incredible. She made sure all of our vendors were on the same page and set up all of our decor (and there was a ton of it because we DIY'd nearly everything). She had an emergency kit filled with every item that possibly could have been needed throughout the day, and when my bustle did not work, she was able to bustle my dress using only safety pins (this was a LIFESAVER)!!! Throughout the night, she made sure that we stayed on track with our timeline, and she took down and packed up ALL of our decor at the end of the night. Not only was Victoria super detail-oriented and prepared, but she was also incredibly kind and supportive. I would 10000000/10 recommend Victoria to anyone that is planning a wedding. She was basically our hero for the entire day, and I can not imagine our day going as smoothly as it did without her.

TM Grey Events was amazing at my wedding. Liya was extremely organized and on top of everything. She has great energy and helped me stay focused on the day rather than the planning. She handled all day of coordination including coordinating an ambulance when a medical emergency occurred with one of our caterers without any of the wedding guests knowing. She handled this calmly and seamlessly. I didn't even find out about the emergency until after the wedding.
