Having a team who has your best interests at heart and is an extension of you is the key to actually enjoying the fruits of your wedding planning efforts. We serve as sounding boards, guides, directors, advocates, cheerleaders throughout planning and the wedding day itself.

After working for most of my career on the luxury venue side of events and weddings, I bring a hospitality insider's perspective and well rounded events experience to every couple's day. I'm accustomed to managing many intricate details in a fast paced environment and all of the creative, energetic problem solving that comes with it. Clearing the barriers that create stress during wedding planning is a priority for me when working with couples.

Description

A Full Service Planning & Coordination package provides full time support for arranging every wedding related element and provides a road map and customized guidance for the many decisions that have to be made as your wedding day approaches. Time consuming tasks like vendor outreach and correspondence, guest list formatting and management, and design and decor strategy and management fall within the parameters of full service planning.

A Partial Planning and Coordination Package is highly customizable, but typically includes support with design and decor, vendor recommendations, contract review and monthly check in meetings in addition to short term planning support and wedding day management.

Short Term Planning and Wedding Day Management support begins 90 days out to ensure that nothing important is forgotten, to help organize the details of the day, and to prepare you for upcoming vendor finalization meetings. On the wedding day, we arrive during hair and make up services and depart after your guests have left and your personal items have been secured.

    Choosing Sarah and Honeycomb Prince was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process! We hired Sarah as our planner starting 90 days prior to our wedding and we are so incredibly grateful for her help and the role she played in our day and the months leading up to it. We honestly could not have done any of it without Sarah! Sarah handled every challenge and all the smallest details and was a source of comfort for us, especially on our planning calls leading up to the day. On the wedding day itself, Sarah and her team executed flawlessly. The coordination of vendors, the timing of events, and the overall flow of the day were masterfully managed. We were able to savor every moment, knowing that Sarah had everything under control. Our family and friends were so impressed and we received so many compliments on the seamless flow and organization of everything. Sarah is so incredibly organized, professional and knowledgable and completely exceeded our expectations – we could not recommend Honeycomb Prince enough!

    Me and my now husband love weddings to begin with. We knew when our time comes, we wanted it to be special and perfect in every way. Sarah was such an important part of our wedding planning process, choosing her and her team was the best decision we made. Three months before our big day, we found ourselves busy with our friend’s weddings and also our own wedding events. The pressure was on, but it helped greatly knowing someone was there to oversee it. In our meetings, she addressed all concerns, and provided valuable solutions. There are so many minute details that are often overlooked during this process, and Sarah was on top of everything. She brought attention to things we did not even think about and asked the questions we did not know were significant. She collaborated well with our vendors to help produce a night to remember. On the day of, she made sure we were right on time without making us feel rushed. From our church wedding to the reception, she made sure that each step of the way went according to plan. We were able to be on the dance floor all night, just as we wanted without worrying about a single thing. We knew she was there working behind the scenes, ensuring everything would go smoothly. Next thing we know, light sticks and glow rings were being distributed- something we actually almost forgot because we were over the top enjoying ourselves. We truly give her our highest recommendation, and we will always be grateful for the way she helped orchestrate the wedding of our dreams. Thank you Sarah!

    MY BACKGROUND: I am not organized nor am I detail-oriented. I am more of a helpful bridesmaid than a wedding planner. Planning this wedding stressed me out as I was working full time, a full time student and was 30 weeks pregnant on the day of my wedding. My venue also did not provide a bridal attendant as event manager was the coordinator on the day of the wedding. A wedding coordinator wasn’t in our initial budget by all means. With that said, SARAH IS A GIFT FROM HEAVEN. She is organized, calm, confident, enthusiastic, responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and very-much detail-oriented. What I needed the most, I received: - Stayed in communication between vendors throughout the entire process - Post- wedding clean up and organization - Assisted in setting-up at the location, the night before the wedding - Always kept the budget in mind - Provided realistic expectations of how the event will be executed - Solved problems when we hit barriers - During meetings with vendors, she asked appropriate questions that my husband and I didn’t think of - Has the ability to multitask - Provided checklists and kept us up to date with our vendors - Communicated with my bridal party before and day of the wedding - With the help of her assistant, managed the timeline and oversee the vendors, wedding party, and family members on the day of the wedding - Became a bridal and groom attendant if we needed anything - The zipper of my wedding dress broke on the day of the wedding. With the help of her, a bridesmaid and my photographer, they overcame this really big challenge. Like I said, we initially did not think of a wedding coordinator. When my cousin got married, I saw how Sarah was overseeing my cousin's wedding. It was then, I knew I needed her. At the start of planning my wedding, my husband was ambivalent about having a wedding coordinator as it wasn’t within our initial budget. When the wedding finished, he was so impressed and really grateful to have her throughout the whole process. We could not have pictured working with a better person and I was really able to enjoy my wedding day without stressing. I really recommend Sarah if you're the type of person who needs direction, believes wedding planning is daunting, and just wants to fully immerse themselves on the day of their wedding. She is hands down the type of person we needed and was worth every single penny! Thank you so much for everything Sarah!
