Petite Planning Company was founded from our own wedding planning experiences — navigating endless opinions, hidden costs, and too many “how-to” guides. We knew there had to be a better way. Today, we bring clarity, structure, and creativity to one of life’s most meaningful celebrations. Based in NYC, NJ, and FL (Tampa / St. Pete), we help couples across the U.S. and abroad plan intentional, elevated weddings that feel personal, seamless, and full of joy.
Our couples choose us for our balance of precision and personality. We blend structure with creativity, ensuring every wedding feels refined, authentic, and completely stress-free. With a hands-on, detail-driven approach and trusted vendor partnerships, we turn the planning process into an experience that’s as enjoyable as the celebration itself.

| Description | For some couples, time to plan (or the desire to plan) just isn't in the cards. Our Full-Service package takes all that stress away. We're there with you through the entire planning process, from helping select a venue, booking all vendors, and down to the details of stationary, timelines, room blocks, transportation and more. This package also includes unlimited in-person and virtual meetings, to ensure every detail is taken care of. | If you've already secured your venue and date (woo!) and maybe a handful of vendors, then Petite Planning may be the package for you. This package includes sourcing and selection of up to 3 vendors, timeline and budget management, final details meeting attendance and all of our coordination services on the day of your big event. Up to 3 in-person meetings are included. | You've done the hard part and planned your wedding - now it's time to let someone else handle the last minute details! Starting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day, we'll take over and handle all vendor communication, create the timeline for the day, and be the primary point of contact. On the day of your wedding, we'll be on site for up to 10 hours to ensure everything runs exactly as we plan. |

Friendly, efficient, and highly reliable!
The Petite Planning Company was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. We chose month-of coordination. Prior to the first meeting, we had already hired all our vendors and made most of the major decisions. Prior to the first meeting, Amanda had us fill out some online forms and we had a detailed kick-off meeting to discuss all our plans and logistics. After our first meeting, my husband and I both felt so much more at ease and assured that we weren't missing anything and that the day would go smoothly! Amanda and her team are warm, friendly, calm, and confident. We love how organized Amanda is and all the forms and systems she has in place. Given how busy wedding planning can be in the last month, we were so happy that everything was done so efficiently. We only had 1 long meeting and 1 other quick meeting to confirm final details and design, with everything else happening over email/text. Amanda helped us develop the timeline, provided invaluable feedback on the flow and timing, gave us her expert advice when asked, handled all the vendor insurance and parking permits, and handled all the logistics seamlessly without any need for reminders or follow-ups from us. We brought all our decor to Amanda's house about a week before the wedding, and she helped set it up perfectly, improvising where needed to make everything look beautiful. We felt completely confident that she would make sure everything went smoothly on the day-of, and she exceeded all our expectations. We are truly impressed with how responsible and reliable Amanda and her team are. With her day-of coordination, we didn't have anything to worry about and could fully enjoy our wedding day. We loved working with the Petite Planning Company and cannot recommend them highly enough!!
Avoid at all cost!
We hired Amanda 10 months before the wedding for partial planning support. Everything was fine until one day she stopped responding to my emails and messages. Without an explanation or word she completed disappeared. She did not return our deposit and did not do the job she was hired to do. Please avoid.
Petite Planning delivered Grand Service!!
We worked with Petite Planning for our NYC wedding and the team was incredible from the very beginning! Our kickoff meeting was thorough and reassuring, it immediately put me at ease. Maria partnered with us to the wedding. She was always available to brainstorm ideas and even joined us for a venue visit to walk through setup details. She consistently advocated for our best interests with the venue coordinator, which made me feel supported and stress-free every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, we had a large party (no easy feat to manage), but Maria kept everything running smoothly and on time. She even coordinated with our taxi driver to make sure we could stop for the perfect photo ops! Whether she was by my side or working behind the scenes, Maria’s presence was always felt and heard. Best of all, she made the experience fun, I truly had fun with her!! When I think back on my wedding day - the best day of my life, Maria stands out as one of the people who made it all so special. I can't imagine it without her!
Incredibly Supportive and Professional
Hiring Amanda as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Her and Sydney were calm, organized, and incredibly supportive from start to finish, allowing us to truly enjoy the day. When unexpected issues came up, as they always do, Amanda handled everything so professionally. Her and Sydney solved problems quickly and kept everything running smoothly without ever adding stress to our day. Their coordination with vendors, attention to detail, and warm presence made a huge difference. We’re so grateful for all they did to make our wedding feel seamless and special. Highly recommend!
