Petite Planning Company
Petite Planning was born from our own wedding planning journeys, where we felt lost, completely unsure if we were getting a good deal or not, and overwhelmed with all the resources online nowadays about how to plan a wedding. Our team is comprised of planners from a variety of backgrounds - investment banking, special needs education, corporate event planning, marketing and PR, and more. These diverse experiences allow us to fully understand what it's like trying to plan a wedding while juggling everything life throws at you. We're here to make the process seamless for our couples, while keeping it fun!
NJ is one of the largest wedding markets in the country - there's literally hundreds of vendors to choose from. But too many options isn't necessarily a good thing! We're here to guide you through the process and to bring the FUN back into wedding planning; you are planning a party, don't forget that! The journey to your big day should be just as fun and a time for our couples to let their personalities shine through the details.

Description | For some couples, time to plan (or the desire to plan) just isn't in the cards. Our Full-Service package takes all that stress away. We're there with you through the entire planning process, from helping select a venue, booking all vendors, and down to the details of stationary, timelines, room blocks, transportation and more. This package also includes unlimited in-person and virtual meetings, to ensure every detail is taken care of. | If you've already secured your venue and date (woo!) and maybe a handful of vendors, then Petite Planning may be the package for you. This package includes sourcing and selection of up to 3 vendors, timeline and budget management, final details meeting attendance and all of our coordination services on the day of your big event. Up to 3 in-person meetings are included. | You've done the hard part and planned your wedding - now it's time to let someone else handle the last minute details! Starting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day, we'll take over and handle all vendor communication, create the timeline for the day, and be the primary point of contact. On the day of your wedding, we'll be on site for up to 10 hours to ensure everything runs exactly as we plan. |

Petite Planning delivered Grand Service!!
We worked with Petite Planning for our NYC wedding and the team was incredible from the very beginning! Our kickoff meeting was thorough and reassuring, it immediately put me at ease. Maria partnered with us to the wedding. She was always available to brainstorm ideas and even joined us for a venue visit to walk through setup details. She consistently advocated for our best interests with the venue coordinator, which made me feel supported and stress-free every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, we had a large party (no easy feat to manage), but Maria kept everything running smoothly and on time. She even coordinated with our taxi driver to make sure we could stop for the perfect photo ops! Whether she was by my side or working behind the scenes, Maria’s presence was always felt and heard. Best of all, she made the experience fun, I truly had fun with her!! When I think back on my wedding day - the best day of my life, Maria stands out as one of the people who made it all so special. I can't imagine it without her!
Incredibly Supportive and Professional
Hiring Amanda as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Her and Sydney were calm, organized, and incredibly supportive from start to finish, allowing us to truly enjoy the day. When unexpected issues came up, as they always do, Amanda handled everything so professionally. Her and Sydney solved problems quickly and kept everything running smoothly without ever adding stress to our day. Their coordination with vendors, attention to detail, and warm presence made a huge difference. We’re so grateful for all they did to make our wedding feel seamless and special. Highly recommend!

Quite simply Amanda (& Petite Planning Co) was everything we could have wanted from a wedding planner. She is patient, detail oriented, creative, kind and not afraid to take charge when she needs to. After getting engaged, my fiance and I quickly realized how out of our element we were when it came to wedding planning. Everything seemed so expensive and everyone was trying to upcharge us at every step. We found Petite Planning Co online and Amanda swiftly alleviated much of our stress. She was able to find the perfect venue and amazing vendors that all matched our budget. We had periodic check-ins throughout the planning that really made the process much more manageable. The day of the wedding, Amanda showed up with her team and really made sure everything went perfectly. We had the most amazing day and Petite Planning ensured that neither of us had to worry about a single thing. We truly had our dream wedding and we could not recommend Petite Planning Co enough!
Petite Planning Company was great!
We used PPC for day of coordination, and it was the best thing we could have done! Amanda and her team were amazing to work with and helped make the wedding day seamless. About 8 weeks out, we met with Amanda to review how the wedding day will look and to go over decor set-up. Amanda then took all of that information and created a timeline for the day which was super impressive. She coordinated with all of our vendors to arrange timing of any deliveries and arrival times which was nice to not have to worry about. She kept track of what photo groupings we wanted and kept them on a quick schedule at the chapel where we were crunched for time. At one point I was worried we were running behind schedule, but when I checked the time I saw we were perfectly on track and it was all thanks to Amanda! Amanda and her team set up decor we brought in at the venue and even packed everything up for us after the wedding! Everything was ready to be picked up the next day. It was honestly the best money we spent for the wedding because it allowed my husband and I to enjoy the whole day and be present, instead of worrying about the vendors and timing of the day. I highly recommend Petite Planning Company!
