Petite Planning Company was founded from our own wedding planning experiences — navigating endless opinions, hidden costs, and too many “how-to” guides. We knew there had to be a better way. Today, we bring clarity, structure, and creativity to one of life’s most meaningful celebrations. Based in NYC, NJ, and FL (Tampa / St. Pete), we help couples across the U.S. and abroad plan intentional, elevated weddings that feel personal, seamless, and full of joy.

Description

For some couples, time to plan (or the desire to plan) just isn't in the cards. Our Full-Service package takes all that stress away. We're there with you through the entire planning process, from helping select a venue, booking all vendors, and down to the details of stationary, timelines, room blocks, transportation and more. This package also includes unlimited in-person and virtual meetings, to ensure every detail is taken care of.

If you've already secured your venue and date (woo!) and maybe a handful of vendors, then Petite Planning may be the package for you. This package includes sourcing and selection of up to 3 vendors, timeline and budget management, final details meeting attendance and all of our coordination services on the day of your big event. Up to 3 in-person meetings are included.

You've done the hard part and planned your wedding - now it's time to let someone else handle the last minute details! Starting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day, we'll take over and handle all vendor communication, create the timeline for the day, and be the primary point of contact. On the day of your wedding, we'll be on site for up to 10 hours to ensure everything runs exactly as we plan.

    Amazing planning and coordinating services!!

    Amanda was incredible. She is very thoughtful and organized and makes the day run smoothly and worry-free. She was a joy to work with and I highly recommend to anyone needing a planner or coordinator!

    amazing coordinator!!!

    Amanda and her team at Petite Planning Co. were so incredibly helpful the weeks leading up to and the day of my wedding, I don’t know what my now husband and I would’ve done without her! We were planning the wedding ourselves, and our venue required us to get at least a day-of-coordinator, however we opted for the month-of option, and are so glad we did! From the moment Amanda got started, she took the reins and handled the coordination among our entire vendor team. Even before we began working together, she asked so many detailed and helpful questions (including about things we hadn’t even considered). Her wedding expertise throughout the entire process was also incredibly helpful as we were still finalizing decisions regarding timeline, transportation, etc. when we began working with her. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Amanda went above and beyond to work offline with all of the other vendors to make sure everything was in order and finalize the details of the wedding. She triaged any issues, questions, or concerns directly with them, and came to us only when we needed to weigh in or make a decision. This was a huge relief during the busy weeks leading up to our wedding, and allowed us to focus on the many other things we had to do (e.g., learn our first dance). The day of the wedding, Amanda was cool, calm, and collected (despite the extreme heat the day of our wedding). She was able to work with the many different moving parts and locations of our wedding day, and adapt to any changes that happened. While I felt nervous the morning of the wedding and leading up to the ceremony, I felt confident Amanda would ensure everything was handled. When the actual wedding started, I had the time of my life, and was able to relax and be fully present knowing Amanda had everything covered. Hiring Petite Planning Co. was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made!

    So grateful for Amanda!! I'm super type A and wasn't sure about needing or wanting a planner. Thank goodness we went with Petite Planning Company. The day would not have gone as perfectly as it did without them. Amanda is the sweetest. She's an on top of it, no nonsense planner. Her team is also just as great. If you need a good planner that can do it all- she's your girl!!

    Amazing

    Working with Amanda was one of the best decisions we could have made when planning our wedding. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day, we didn't have to even think about anything except enjoying the moment. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and helped my husband plan a surprise during the ceremony! Even the guests and other vendors commented on how wonderful she was. I would recommend her to anyone.

    PPC was amazing to work with!

    Petite Planning Company was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were so easy to communicate with, incredibly responsive, and extremely organized in coordinating all the moving pieces. On the day of the wedding, PPC went above and beyond their duties to ensure our special day was nothing short of perfect. They beautifully decorated the church and reception venue, and seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors. We had a few hiccups related to the decor, including issues with the bows at the church, too many poinsettias, and not being able to use our purchased candles - but PPC fixed everything so quickly and efficiently that we didn't even notice! Their attention to detail and dedication to making our wedding day exceptional was truly unmatched. We are so grateful to the entire PPC team for helping to make our wedding day dreams come true.

Given we cover a large area of the tri-state, the venue count is in the hundreds! Some of our favorite venues are the Park Chateau, Batello, Hudson House, Naninas in the Park, and the Ryland Inn.
We certainly do! If you're interested in us solely planning an event, we can do that OR if we're already working your wedding, we can add on additional wedding-related events for a discounted cost.
Our team has 4 lead planners and a handle of assistants! When we chat initially, we'll determine who on the team would be the best fit based on what you're looking for. You can also request a specific team member if someone's bio on our website appeals to you!
At weddings, there are always at least 2 team members from Petite Planning Company at each event. If your event has over 200 guests, extensive decor setup or a variety of other factors, it may be more!
