Hi! My name is Allie Gee and I am the owner of OMGee Events. Since we will be spending a lot of time talking and getting to know each other, I thought I would start by sharing some info about me: I'm a retired professional dancer & current dance teacher. I also modeled & have walked in NYBFW. I'm came out as queer later in life & have been loving every minute of it. I love dyeing my hair different colors. My favorite genres of music are disco, funk, & pop music. My spouse & I love to travel & have visited 9 countries so far. There's no such thing as too many house plants. I have a cat (Filly) & a dog (Finn). I can't wait to get to know you!

Allie & O.M.Gee are the absolute BEST!
My spouse and I had a weekend glamping wedding in Everett, PA. We started working with Allie only about 6 months before the event, so it was a quick turnaround for a lot planning, and we were SO impressed with how efficient she was. She understood our vision immediately (vibe, décor, etc.) and was so helpful in executing it. She handled all of the vendor contract/communication with ease (and there were a lot of them)! As a queer couple we felt SO comfortable with her and her gender-neutral approach (with terminology, making sure vendors are queer-friendly, etc.) in what is typically a pretty gendered industry. Over the weekend we had: a rehearsal dinner, a picnic softball game, a welcome party, the full wedding day/reception AND an after party silent disco, with hotels/shuttles/etc. All went off without a hitch thanks to Allie. We thrifted our dinnerware and had a U-Haul worth of DIY décor, which certainly didn’t make anyone’s lives easier, but again Allie saw the vision and managed it all with care. She even found some of our thrifted pieces while she was out thrifting herself. She was communicative and accessible throughout the entire planning process, even our guests complimented how on top of things Allie was. We really expected the weekend to be a little stressful (just inevitably due to it being our wedding), but the second Allie & Alyssa arrived onsite, neither of us was stressed the entire weekend. Even when things had to pivot quickly (rain caused us to have to move cocktail hour with live musicians indoors), it felt seamless. We also really appreciated how she made sure we had water, ate, had bathroom breaks and little moments for a breather throughout the wedding day. SO glad Allie was a part of the best weekend of our lives, we’d work with her again in a heartbeat and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a planner!

We had the pleasure of working alongside Allie as part of the wedding team, and she was incredible from start to finish. She had put together a beautiful cocktail hour, but when the rain came, she quickly shifted everything inside and helped us find cover for our musicians. She stayed calm, flexible, and helpful through every change—and somehow made it all look easy. No matter how many people came to her with questions, she handled every single one with so much grace, patience, and efficiency. It made such a difference to our team and helped the day flow so smoothly. Any couple would be lucky to have Allie in their corner. We’re so grateful we got to work alongside her, and we can’t wait to work with her again!

Allie is AWESOME!!!
I was the wedding photographer at a queer, destination wedding Allie and her team planned and I worked alongside her for 3 days straight during the wedding weekend. I saw first hand as she organized and corralled everything to make the wedding weekend the EPIC party that it was, I witnessed her solving problems left and right, putting out fires, and making things happen. The couple wanted to host a softball game the day before the wedding and Allie made that happen to an amazing degree - organized teams, custom shirts, catered lunch, it was such a hit with the guests. I needed help with my lay flat layout and she handled that for me. I caught a snap of her right before the ceremony started as she was making sure everything was good to go. Not only is she really good at what she does, but, she's a rad person and fun to be around too. Chill, bubbly, talented. I really enjoyed working with her and hope we have another chance to work alongside each other again soon.
