A. Taylor Events is an event planning company. We started in planning private events, where we went the extra mile to add personal touches for each client's milestone event. We gained experience in wedding planning and it only deepened our love for events! Through our experience, love, and passion of togetherness, we have expanded to planning weddings. Bringing your vision to life and adding those personal touches is our passion!

We are a company that is rooted in bringing family and friends together. Every step in our planning process until the day of your event is all about getting to know you and the people you love. We learn about everything and everyone that is important to you so we can emphasize each of these aspects on your big day!     Amazing!

    Saisha was amazing! If we have any family or friends that are getting married, we would definitely recommend her. If she is still doing weddings in the next 10 - 15 years and we decide to do it again, we will definitely be using her!

Yes! I also plan engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners. These events can be booked separately, or if you’ve already booked me for your wedding, I offer discounted rates for planning additional wedding-related events.
The short answer... exactly as much time as you need. For full and partial planning clients, you’ll have unlimited planning meetings, allowing us to stay aligned and fully immersed in every detail of your day. For day-of coordination, we’ll meet for three dedicated planning sessions to ensure everything is thoughtfully prepared and seamlessly executed. No matter which experience you choose, you’ll always have direct access to me via text, phone, or email. I believe in being present, responsive, and supportive throughout your journey—so you never feel like you’re navigating this process alone.
Support begins the moment you book. After your consultation, I connect with your venue and vendors and review your existing plans. We’ll then meet for three planning sessions; first to align on your vision and begin your timeline, second to refine logistics and details, and finally to review everything with key stakeholders. Throughout the process, you’ll have direct access to me for guidance and support, ensuring your day feels seamless, intentional, and fully taken care of.
Support depends on your package and needs. I can help vet vendors using my preferred vendor list or provide curated recommendations and quotes. For all packages, I often attend vendor meetings to ensure everyone is aligned. For your wedding day timeline, I can create it for you and refine it together in planning meetings, or we can build it collaboratively. My goal is to keep your vendor team organized, communication clear, and your wedding day running seamlessly and stress-free.
Yes! Every wedding is different, so custom packages can be created based on the level of support you need.
Definitely. Part of my role is helping you prioritize your spending, recommend vendors that align with your budget, and make thoughtful planning decisions throughout the process.
