From the moment we toured The Madison, we knew we wanted to get married here. Aesthetically, it is perfection. We had our ceremony in the Conservatory & reception in the Grand Ballroom. Despite mixed reviews regarding communication from past brides, we were not displeased. We were not a couple who needed constant communication with the venue, which fit the standard for The Madison. The only reason we gave 4 stars, there was some turn over throughout our planning process & some replacements were better than others. I started out without concerns for the hotel blocks, but towards the final day I had some concerns & felt I was getting hard stopped quite a lot(for questions & requests that were not far fetched). However, the rooms were perfect & the staff at the counter was AMAZING. We did have a day of coordinator who helped make our vision come to life, however Charles, Maitre’d, was beyond helpful & communicative throughout the whole day! The staff were attentive, the transitions throughout the day were seamless. The guests raved about the cocktail hour & especially the dessert selection. Looking back on pictures & thinking about our day, The Madison was beyond perfect & I would do it all over again if I could.

The Madison Hotel was a fantastic venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was attentive and responsive, making the planning process seamless. On the day of, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfectly executed, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful celebration. The quality of their work and the value they provided was unmatched - our guests are still raving about the delicious food and stunning decor. The Madison Hotel was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we first walked in, we knew it was the one and stopped searching all together. It was our first venue we looked at, and our last. After we reached out, Joseph was very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions promptly. The conservatory is absolutely stunning - it provided the outdoor feel we were originally looking for, like a garden, but with the security of a roof in case of weather mishaps which was definitely on our radar since it was a September wedding. Food was great, and there’s plenty of it! Our guests were blown away by the food and the beautiful, unique space, and the quality of service was top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day. It was truly stress free since the wedding package included most of what you’d need. It is certainly a memory we will never forget. Looking at our professional photos, it really captured the beauty of it all.

Everything was as perfect as can be! I made my own centerpieces and other small decorations- they set it up to a T following the accompanied photos with the items. The whole day was smooth, elegant, everything was honestly so perfect. If there were any issues behind the scenes, we didn’t know about it! The only one negative was before the wedding day, you do have to pay extra for a tasting at the restaurant but they gave us a hefty coupon. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever!
